Best WLM Reviews
Absolutely loved my experience at Applebee's Dearborn Heights thanks to Melissa! She’s hands down the best bartender around. Not only was she super friendly and attentive, but her drink recommendations were spot on. The atmosphere was lively, and Melissa’s great energy really made our night special. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy her fantastic service again! Highly recommend!
NEW chicken bacon ranch fries avoid at all cost, stuck together mess. Missing apple juice and no sauce for pretzel, just cold dough. Do better.
Me and my fiancé continue to order from this location, simply because of the manager April!
She is very nice, super friendly, and very professional. The last few times we had problems with our order and she took care of us completely.
They were very busy the last time we ordered and everything came out super fast and delicious.
We give April a 100/100 she is excellent at what she does. Her good Energy and her welcoming smiling is what every employee and manager should have!!
Makayla was our server. She was very good, helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Fast service, friendly staff, very clean restaurant.
I had a great experience at Applebee’s! Our server, Andrea, was fantastic—super friendly and attentive. We ordered the 2 for $30 meal and drinks, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous, and the food came out quickly. Andrea made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Definitely coming back!
The ambiance and service was absolutely excellent!! The hostess was so sweet and the food was so delicious! I left feeling completely satisfied and already ready to come back.
Giving more stars after manager reached out. Still unsatisfied with how things went initially, but overall very happy with how serious the manager took the review and reached out to me to apologize. I had to apologize to her because the person I thought was manager and was her was not her nor was a manage, she's looking into who else it was that I spoke with. I appreciate the level of understanding they had and swift response time and look forward to another try.
Good food. Clean restaurant. Some staff could use some work. Inexperienced staff I could over hear them talking about each other not doing their fair share of work. Some appeared to be over worked/tired. But my server was awesome. She did a good job no complaints. Food was great though. Went early around 3pm on Easter weekend. It wasn't busy. Overall it was a nice date.
