Ordered online with the app for a specific pick up time ordered well done steak topped with shrimp, three cheese chicken penne and a chocolate lava cake. I arrived after my pick up time and still had to wait 20 mins they said they were waiting for my side of bread understandable even though lobby wasn’t busy and there was several workers 20 mins for a side of bread ridiculous, however after getting home my boyfriend started to eat his steak it was completely raw we ordered well done the chocolate lava cake was cold like they didn’t even attempt to cook it complete waste of 50$ if the food is going to be priced so high they should have excellent quality this is grounds for me to contact a lawyer that steak doesn’t even look like they cooked it but maybe one min. Absolutely nasty
All around similar to every Applebees I have been to, which is a constant model of a company.
Pretty steady during our visit and the server was on top of things.
9/23/24 I usually save these words for the last. But REPEAT PERFORMANCE!!!!!! My stomach is in heaven. This good put me in a great mood. I'm fat full n happy. We has the bourdon chicken n shrimp. Cooked to perfection. The chicken and shrimp had a lil burn on it but moist n crispy. The mashed potatoes was thick creamy with grilled onions. I felt like I was eating in a 5 Star ???? restaurant tonight. N REPEAT PERFORMANCE
My fiance and I have always loved this specific Applebees. The food has always been good, great service, and at a good value. Last night, they were busy, but it was a dumpster fire. One of our entrees had not 1 but 4 hairs in a small area, almost as if they were placed deliberately. The manager came and took the dish to get it replaced. It took so long that we asked for our bill to leave. Then our server, who was awesome, asked to give him a second, and he brought it in a to-go bag. The manager took half off our appetizer and 1 entree, barley apologized or acted like he cared. Our server was amazing, he was training someone that was not very good and was burdened by that, but still did great. He apologized for everything and did what he could to take care of us. John S. is management material. This was a horrible experience. Usually I would rate them 5 stars but this time a 1 is too high.
Server got drink order wrong. Did not bring appetizer out. When food came out, I asked where appetizer was....it wasn't rung up. Said they could bring it out now. No thanks main course is here. Ribeye was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and great flavor. All you could eat ribbettes started with 3 then came 1 at a time and they were smaller each time. Had to wait quite a long time before reorder came out. Asked for a to-go box for my steak and had to ask 2 more times. They were not that busy. Will never do all you can eat here again.
I've only been here about a dozen times. They consistently get my order wrong every single time. Last time, I ordered to go and was missing a soup. I called the store to get the single item removed from my check, and the call took over 25 minutes. I was very courteous and patient with all the staff I talked to. But they seemed annoyed that I wouldn't drive all the way back at 8:00 at night and then offered a gift card instead of a refund for the item. I declined as I will not be returning. In conclusion: sub-par food, lackluster service, and way overpriced for the portion and quality of the food.
Visited this restaurant last Saturday while in town visiting family, and despite it being very busy, our experience was exceptional thanks to our server, John S. The restaurant was packed, yet John provided service that made us feel like we were his only table. His attentiveness and frequent updates on the status of our food and drinks were remarkable, especially in such a high-pressure environment.
What stood out most was how he managed to engage my moody preteen sister with her rockin’ poppin’ shirley drink; a moment that brought a smile to her face. We were a party of seven, and John handled everything seamlessly.
The food was great, and when I was unsure about dessert, John reminded me that I could get it to go, which was a thoughtful suggestion. His ability to deliver such an outstanding level of service in a fast-paced setting is truly commendable. John made our dining experience memorable, and we would happily return for the excellent service and great food!
Food was great, took a while to get it. Some of the food wasn't what we ordered, but waitress made it right. Took a while to get our check.
