My family sat down for a late evening dinner. Our food came out fast, hot, and tasty. Our server Kane was very personable and did a great job. We usually visit the Warwick location, but we will definitely be back to this one!
Consistency! Always very good food! And extremely friendly servers. Open late night which is a bonus because not many restaurants are these days! I go all the time, and i’ve never ever had an issue. Quick, easy, and moderately priced meals!
There's been one (1) time I've ordered take out and they actually got my order right and it was all there! Nothing like driving 20 minutes from home to grab take out, getting back only to find out the entire order is screwed up and items are missing! And I not only order online but I also call in to try to avoid this! No excuse can be made for this! Too many young kids working there that would rather be more attentive to their friends coming in or playing on their phones rather than actually doing their jobs!
Medium well ordered and yea who the hell is cooking. This is wild. Also how much cracked pepper does a steak need. I couldn't even taste the meat. Absolutely disgusting. 24 dollars for this crap. Stay away. Can't believe this even left the window. Never again.
Tonight it was Morgan. But I am continually amazed by how kind and nice all the bartenders are...Avery, star and dominic.
Completely comfortable
I haven't had Applebee's in just about 16 yrs now. The place has not changed in all that time. I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad which is what I remembered ordering before and I was not disappointed!! Highly recommended!!
I have been sick since eating there last night. Hugging the toilet bowl from both ends. I'm 100 percent sure I have food poisoning. And to top it off my daughter left her retainer on the table and before I even got down the street I called to ask if they could set it aside for me because I was on my way back and they said that they threw it out and that it was already in the dumpster! We hadn't even been gone 3 minutes. And they refused to help or let us look for them and now I have to pay 700 dollars to replace her retainer. I'll never go back here and will let everyone I know and who follows me on all social platforms know not to go here. Absolutely ridiculous.
We used to visit the Coventry location a lot, but the quality of staff and the quality of food has really gone downhill. The last time we went, the experience was terrible. We started with the app sampler, and we asked for extra sour cream on the side. It came out with none instead and the Buffalo boneless wings were literally swimming in the sauce they were gross. The mozzarella sticks were cold. My wife ordered the ribeye, and it came out as the sirloin as the waiter did not ever it correctly. Since we had waited almost 45 minutes for it to arrive, my wife said she would just take it as long as we weren't charged for the cost of a ribeye. But she soon regretted it after trying one bite, and it was way overcooked and takes like they put some sort of weird seasoning on it. We had it taken off the check as she didn't eat any of it. I got the chicken tender salad and asked for blue cheese, and of course, they sent it out with honey mustard. Chicken was cold, lettuce was brown, and the tomatoes were rotten. We will not be back, to say the least.
