If I could give a zero I would , There was no acknowledgment to be seated we waited about 46 minutes.. The place was not busy at all . then when we finally got seated waited about another 20 minutes to order Let me tell you VERY HORRIBLE!!!!! From start to end. I do not recommend at all..they need ALL NEW STAFF ! EVEN DOWN TO THE MANGER !! NASTY ATTITUDE when telling her the food was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted.. I asked for medium rear my steak came back well well done . Definitely in need of new Training too and it was my first time going to this Applebee’s
Called in a to-go order, and they said 20 minutes. When I got there in that time frame, I still had to wait maybe 10 minutes. The place wasn't busy at all. Was thinking food would be hot and fresh. My hotel was right down the street, maybe 6 minutes away. All of the food was lukewarm. Was thinking having to wait an extra 10min food would have been more hot. I got there boneless chicken wings.A k a chicken nuggets not worth the movery small amount. I now remember why I haven't eaten at an Applebee's in years.
We arrived and once entering was told that it was a 15 minute wait to be seating with only about 5 tables filled. The young lady returned and told us the bartender wouldn't seat us and would it be fine to seat us at a booth around the bar which was fine. We ordered everything at once because we knew if not we would be there all day. Food was hot and drinks were great. They could do better with customer service and working together to get people seated. I saw so many people walk out because they couldn't be seated.
This may very well be the worst restaurant in the area. We were seated promptly, but then again the restaurant was practically empty. Our waitress didn’t take our drink order until we’ve been seated for 20 minutes. Once our food was delivered, my son’s burger arrived practically raw. It was replaced a bit later with a more palatable version. The adults’ dishes arrived a bit later and also weren’t cooked how we had asked. The entire establishment smells like cleaning agents, which is surprising considering how filthy the restrooms are. It was as if we’d embarked on a culinary expedition to a third-world country, sans passport. Our waitress was friendly and polite, so at least there’s a sliver of light amongst the negativity.
Waited 15 minutes for a beer. Was told my waitress was waiting on the bartender. She was busy pouring for everyone seated at the bar. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the bartender has to take care of the people at the bar first. The bar was full of empty glasses as well as plates not such a good job. Wad also told the beet I ordered wasn't in stock at the bar and the manager had to bring more up. Over all poorly run. I
My family and I went to Applebee's on Sunday. The young lady in training was very nice. She took us to our seats. Then we got our drink. The syrup was out of the machine. We tried to get their attention, but it appeared they were short staff. After waiting for a while, I got up and took the drinks to the bar to get assistance. Finally, a young lady came to the bar, and I informed her the syrup was out. She showed aggregation and exchanged the drinks. Did not assist with me taking the drinks back to the table. 8 elders ladies arrived and were taken to a table later. No one came back to assist them, so they left. Then another table was upset about their ticket from which appears to be the only waiter. Then he came to the table after others served us and overcharged both receipts. I had to explain to him the correct amount. He fixed the tickets and then took 40 dollars from me, then we had to tell him he overcharged o. The other ticket. He became frustrated and left. The young lady in training came to the table and said she would get the manager to assist. The manager ended up being the lady at the bar. She gave us another set of receipts will a other price.then I was charged for a plater when I didn't request it. Then she asked me for payment when I had already given it to the waiter. This was an explosion of emotions after that. We paid and took our food, then left. The whole experience wasn't as pleasant as I would like it to be. But we tried to be understanding due to short staff. ????

Erika was our server and she was awesome! The best service I’ve gotten from any restaurant in years okay!!! Thank you Erika for making our dining experience so pleasant.
