Alejandra is always AMAZING! Best bartender, great conversations. Even getting the whole team invited over in our debates! Definitely enjoy coming back when Alejandra is working as she’s very personable
and always makes the experience feel special. Whether it’s recommending the perfect drink or just sharing a laugh, she has a way of making everyone feel at home. The atmosphere she creates is welcoming and fun, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys her job. I always look forward to my next visit when I know Alejandra’s behind the bar. She’s definitely the reason I keep coming back!
This was the first time ever that someone saw me with my cane, and asked if I would like a braille menu. Nine times out of ten I have to ask for it it is not offered to me. This means a lot to me that someone would offer this to me. I wanted to give her a 30% tip, but my brother paid for lunch. Now to the food. The food was delicious, exquisite, flavorful, scrumptious, and really tasty. I ordered honey pepper chicken with pasta and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I would definitely highly recommend this restaurant, because the waiters go over and above to serve you. The service is fantastic, and the food is excellent. Please come and pay this restaurant a visit as i would come back here. Everything is top knotch about this restaurant. Patronize them please. I wished I was paying for the meal, because the payer has more control over the tip. I really liked our waitress. She was really nice.
Not a good visit this time. We had a group of 7 and were seated. After a few minutes, they offered to either move all of us to another location or split the group into two with tables across the walkway from one another. After about 20 minutes (the restaurant wasn't busy) they took our order. Our sampler appetizer arrived but we didn't have any silverware or dishes yet. We sat looking at it for 5 minutes until they brought our cutlery. Dinner came about 45 minutes after we arrived. During that time someone who looked like the manager walked past about 25 times. He was doing loops but not ever asking us if we needed anything. The food was good as usual but the wait and service was not good this time. ????
Natalia served us and she did an excellent job! We’ve had the same waitress before and she does such a wonderful job. They were very busy that night and she and another coworker took care of everyone. She always has a smile, she’s very helpful and so willing to answer any questions you have. She’s very accommodating too. This really makes our visit to Applebee’s a great experience! I would definitely recommend Applebee’s others greatly because of the experience we had with Natalia’s Great service.
WARNING!!! They are scaming people on the pos system and I'm offended that they would do this. Since when is 20% of 50$ 14$ that's not ok and somebody needs to answer for this because how many people are they taking 4 and 5 extra dollars from. This is truly unacceptable and I'd like a response on why this is happening. I don't know how to respond to my first post and they are asking for a receipt. I said no receipt because I took the picture please don't try and discredit what I experienced. It's not fair that I would have been solo manipulated to tip more then what was shown on what their pos showed
We went on veteran’s day (11/11/24). Wait wasn’t bad. Took our waitress forever to get us drinks and food. Didn’t ask us ONCE for refills. My husband got the cheeseburger with fries and I got the steak with double mashed potatoes. I asked for my steak to be medium, it wasn’t. The meat was chewy which is not how it’s supposed to be. I was asked if I wanted A1 sauce, waitress comes back saying they don’t have any. How do you serve steak but no steak sauce? I don’t get it. We didn’t bother tipping because service was terrible. Almost every Applebee’s I’ve been to is like this, even back in my hometown of Kansas.
Our server India was very helpful and attentive to our request.
Her service was excellent!
I’m a big customer service guy and she is the reason we will return. Oh, and the burger was great!
Took my family of 5 to eat dinner and it was absolutely affordable and the same price as fast food. Definitely going again. Food was hot, tasty and service was great.
