First time visiting this location. They seemed short staffed. However, we were seated right away and our waitress was extremely busy the entire time, but she did a fantastic job making sure we were all good on drinks, food, etc. She even made sure to bring my birthday treat before giving us the ticket. She seemed like a very good worker, I wish there were more people like her in customer service. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and it was very good. It was flavorful, fresh, and a nice size portion. I will be back to this location for sure.
Came to Rochester, MN today to take photos. Came to Applbees in Rochester, MN. Cece was our server. She is awesome and very friendly. Really enjoyed our visit. Travel photographer from Galena, Il.
The food was really good! The price was also not bad, pretty standard I’d say. However the service was really really slow. Other than being very slow the service was ok.
We had an issue that they over cooked my steak sent it back and they did the same. The manager made sure we were happy when we left. We waited a while at the start because noone told the server we had been sat down in his area. The cheesy broccoli was amazing. When they recorded my steak they made sure that is was right before they left. It wasn't but I took it anyway
Stopped in for a "to go" order a couple days ago. Was told it should be 15 mins. 30 mins later I finally asked about my food. Waitress came back, apologized and said she could ring me up if I gave her my card. I asked why I'd give her my card when I haven't gotten any food or a bill. This seemed to completely confuse her. Eventually got my food, paid and left. Got back to my hotel and my food was cold. I wasn't more than 5 miles from Applebee's so not enough time for hot food to cool that much. Cut into my steak, that I made sure to order "well done", and it was red in the middle. Had to throw it in the microwave to finish cooking and heat up both.
Too many options where to get food to spend this much money on less than decent meals.
Stopped in for dinner after the movie. The service was prompt. The server was very professional! Clean and comfortable atmosphere. They were short handed but the server was a champ. The food was very good. A little expensive but drinks were excellent. Will stop again. Very confusing to pay.
The Applebees at the Apache mall is awesome! They have the best customer service and friendly staff in town. They are definitely the friendly neighborhood place to visit ????
The Classic burger I had was one of the best burgers I've had in my life, and it had a great atmosphere. The only thing that was unpleasant was that the first round of fries we got were kind of cold. We told the waiter just to let them know, he got his new fries in under 5 minutes for free.
