Best WLM Reviews
The front desk person was rude.
I ordered a French dip with Swiss cheese. It came without the cheese. The au jus was nasty and had chunks of overcooked onions in it. The prime rib beef was overcooked and dry as a bone. The worst french dip I have ever tried to eat. We se t it back. They did reimburse us for the sandwich.
I had an outstanding experience at Applebee's in Cullman, Alabama. Our party of 4 was seated immediately, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. I ordered the 2 for $25 steak meal, which came with delicious fries, perfectly cooked broccoli, and a refreshing Diet Coke.
The steak was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were simply mouthwatering. The portion size was generous, and it was a great value for the price. What made the evening truly special was the unexpected birthday celebration organized by the entire restaurant crew. It added a heartfelt touch to our dining experience, and we were touched by their thoughtfulness.
The attentive and friendly staff, along with the surprise celebration, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Applebee's in Cullman for a fantastic meal, top-notch service, and the warmth of a caring team. I will definitely be returning for more delicious meals and memorable moments in the future!
It took about an hour and 15 min to get our food. The service was terrible but they had plenty of staff on hand. There wasn’t very many patrons in the restaurant while we were there, so I don’t understand the reason for this inferior service. The General manager was rude and confrontational when he came to the table and a server cursed at our party. This is unacceptable behavior from any restaurant or business. Also the bathrooms were disgusting, and smelled terrible. I definitely do not recommend dining at this particular Applebees.
Service was good the girl came back and kept checking. But the food was awful couldn’t even eat our food I’ve never seen Mac and cheese so wet and slimy and the ribs we couldn’t even eat. It was so over cooked it wasn’t even funny couldn’t even tear it apart. Just got the check and left never been so disappointed 45 bucks and didn’t even eat
My hubby & I visited on a late Saturday afternoon during a full day at our son's basketball tournament while on a break between games. It was conveniently located just 5 min. away! We were greeted & seated with smiles and very little wait time!! Everyone was welcoming & pleasant!!! Our waitress was so Awesome!!! She took care of all of our needs & served us well. Our food was piping hot, fresh, & delicious- just as we ordered!!! We both highly recommend this location!
Server was good and no complaints there but ordered the 3 cheese chicken penne and pasta and it came out cold. Server was sweet and offered a new pasta but honestly we were just ready to go. Would have been nice to see a manager
We ordered the boneless wings appetizers and it came back with hair in it. We also ordered a full rack and a half rack of ribs dinner. They were so dry and tough I wouldn't feed them to my dog!! I would not recommend anyone eating there and WOULD recommend the health department go inspect the kitchen!! Definitely will not be going back!!!
I try to not leave bad reviews but our experience was bad enough for me to be forced too. Atrocious all around from service, food, drinks. I’m surprised the community of Cullman is keeping this place in business. I’ll never go back to an Applebees again.
