Brandi was so amazing. She was funny and answered any questions since I was just passing through the area. The staff was awesome. Had an extremely good time. I don't know everyone's name that was working but Brittany and Heather were spot on with there areas. I will definitely be back. An outstanding place to eat at. Clean appealing and the restrooms where very clean. Thank you all so much.
It was very nice I haven't been out to eat in 30 years. But I enjoyed the service and the food was just let me say almost as good as mine. Next time I go out it will be 2054. 30 more years and I'll be back here to eat. Thanks Applebee's see you soon.
Went there on a date. Service was okay but kind of chaos.. We got the wrong burger and it was not cooked right. Let them know. They made a new one and that one wasn't cook right either... ended up letting it go, paid and left.
We both now have food poisoning..
I have never had a more disappointing meal at Applebee's until yesterday. I love their burbon steak meal. Ordered a side salad to go with. My wife ordered the salmon with a side salad. Both salads were unusually small,and the lettuce limp. The salmon portion was very small, but taste was ok. My steak was hot, and the portion was good. There was no flavor. Smashed potatoes were Luke warm at best and again little flavor. I even used my leftover ranch dressing to finish them off. Waitress was friendly. I love Applebee's. Just had a bad night. I tell it like it is.
Follow up:
The manager called and was very apologetic. She wanted to send us free meals on a gift card, which I declined. As I stated,it was one bad night. I have had several great experiences at Applebee's, including this one. I will be back. I do appreciate the call, though!
The food was delicious. The bartender was great. Food was fast. The only issue I saw was when we arrived. We had to wait for them to clean tables. One person was cleaning. And several standing, including the manager.
Brittany was our server she was so great we haven't eaten here in a while last time it wasn't so good but not sure what changes they made but omg service great food great just the atmosphere we will definitely be back we drove from Lafayette I must say worth the drive
Hadn't been there in awhile but it was great. Clean and had an updated menu with some good food. Our server/manager Tracie,was excellent and really took care of us.
Jayme S. Deserves a raise. She is very good at her job. And I can hear her very clearly.
