This was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Vic (Victor) was probably the best server I've ever had, and I was a server for most of my working life, so I am pretty picky about servers. He anticipated our needs ahead of time, was incredibly friendly, remembered everything we asked for, and just totally went above and beyond. We were on vacation from California and my son is autistic and Applebee's is his favorite restaurant so naturally we choose Applebee's for dinner. Thank you for Vic, for making our night special, we truly appreciate it!
I placed an order at 12:38 PM for a cheeseburger and french fries and with that came a drink. I ordered a Pepsi. I am thoroughly disgusted with the order out by the time I got my burger. It was mush. The bread was wet. You couldn’t even lift it up out of the box. The french fries were cold And the root beer that I did not order had no ice in it because it sat too long, so I’m very upset. I come to Applebee’s a lot. The service is great as long as you’re inside but when you go to pick up something, it’s disgusting and I hate to give this bad review because I do go to Applebee’s a lot
Why I write a one and everything else outstanding is the service was great. The food was great and the atmosphere was great but checking in gave the girl my name and she said it will be about 30 minutes and said there was more room to sit. it was just my girlfriend me and my service dog. she told me that there was people going in and getting seated. We waited about 45 minutes so I said let’s go in and see what’s the problem go and told him that I have been waiting and she said what’s your name she said I don’t have anybody by that name. I don’t think they want my dog in the restaurant. That’s the reason they had me sit outside no one there the waitress or anybody else had a problem with my dog sitting underneath the table so that’s why I give that restaurant a one star.
I really like this place but they have to do better with the math because I got charger 21 dollar plus in something that I don't know what it was it should be $ 116.9 with taxes and everything no tip I always tip cash and is not about the money is About being right with the costumer,hope you can do better next time because I really love this place and your food
Always a go-to for simple American-style dining. I do like the atmosphere here. My SO had the salmon dinner she liked it, wasnt hot when it was brought to the table. I had the sweet pepper chicken tenders with Mac n cheese. My only complaint was the tenders. They were tiny. For a $20 entree, I was expecting big tenders like the ones you get from chilis. These were tiny though. We will be back but I'll make sure to try something else next time.
Tripp is such a joy. He was my bartender and treated us like family and had such a great personality that just made me way to stay longer and enjoy being there!!! He is always so pleasant!!!
Reeked like sewage! Many people walked out. We decided to go to a freezing corner that didn't smell AS bad.. the food was ok. The service you could tell that they were all stressed and annoyed. Our server was trying, but way too distracted!! As far as price$$$ Appetizer and 2 entrées and 2 sodas $80!!!!
