We came into the Graham/South Hill location on Meridian tonight for a quick date night dinner before heading to part two of our night. Let them know we were on a time schedule and our meal came out super fast and and was delicious. Even complimented the chef on our meal.
Felt sorry for the staff. It was a super busy dinner rush and there was one of the rudest individuals sitting across from us. She complained about everything. Felt sorry for her companion as well. I don't think I heard a single word come out of his mouth. Wanted to apologize to him as we were leaving.
The staff was so attentive to all the guests. We had a great experience as we left we made sure our staff know they were appreciated. Staff keep up the good work and sorry for people that come in like that. We APPRECIATE you.

The hostess and a lot of the waiters were extremely sweet and amazing towards me and my 1 year old. They kept waving , high-fiving her, where playing with her. The hostess Emma was amazing and sweet
Really good service on Thursday evening. Food was great and the waitress/ cook even brought some bacon to go in my boyfriends classic burger!!: Great value on the 2 for $28. Meals.
I ordered some barbecue pork ribs and they were so skinny that they were just bones. My companion's fish was fried in very old oil. In short, the quality was very bad.
All staff was friendly. And very attentive. The food is always wonderful and I absolutely love their broccoli. I had the steak and shrimp. It was wonderful! My husband had chicken breast and he enjoyed his also!

Our appetizer came out late, we had to remind them about it, but prompt apologies and quick turn around made it better.
I had a really disappointing experience at Applebee's recently. Our waitress Tammy was incredibly rude and inattentive. She took forever to take our order, and when she finally did, she seemed annoyed and uninterested. Throughout the meal, she barely checked on us and acted like we were a bother whenever we asked for something. To top it off, she got our order wrong and didn't apologize or offer to fix it. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
Not busy when we went and still everyone was crazy. The waitress was so overwhelmed she had no idea what she was doing. The food took forever to come out over 40 mins and there were only 5 tables with people at them. Our server was very nice but needed to go home, take a day off or find a different job. Food was very subpar nothing was hot, no flavor or just gross. Very sad. Ended up not feeling well after eating didn't even make it home had to stop on the was home. Will not be going back
