My husband and I have been coming to Applebee's for a many a years . He enjoys your 4 Mac and Cheese with your Honey pepper Chicken . Yesterday afternoon we stopped by and had a bite to eat. He ordered the 4 Mac and cheese and I ordered your Prime rib dipper. Mine was great. Love every bit of . Yummy . My husbands meal was absolutely disgusting. The noodles were hard as rocks. Not nearly enough sauce to even cover the noodles plus the chicken was something to be desired . The honey pepper chicken was hard as a rock. Could not be chewed . Never ever had I had a meal like this. Disappointed is not enough on this meal
I've gone here 3 times and all 3 , it took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged to be seated. It would be understandable if it was busy, but it wasn't even a quarter filled.
I absolutely love Applebee's if you ask ANYONE I know.... However, the last time I was in the Tilton, NH location on November 2nd 2024 I was sooooo disappointed, not in the food but the staff. In particular the bartender, but the rest of the floor staff on that night in particular were all in my opinion rude and totally unprofessional! My fiance and I were in Tilton running errands and wanted to get Applebee's before we headed home. I used my Applebee's app to make a to go order and since we were right down the road, understandably it was not ready yet when we got there. So when we went in to pick up our order we sat at the bar to have a drink. We sat at the bar for close to 10 minutes before the bartender (who we spoke to about our Togo order moments before) even acknowledged that we were there, and it wasn't very busy in there since it was about 1030 at night. She made our drinks and everything about her body language said she was angry, I'm not sure about what? After all she was the one who had just ignored us for 10 minutes.... She gave us our drinks with a disgusted look on her face, and walked away. She went out back to the kitchen for I would say 5-7 minutes, as waitstaff went in and out. When she came back she had our food, it takes us about 30 minutes to get home from Tilton so instead of eating cold food we decided to have another drink and eat our food there. She put it down in front of us, put our check for the drinks on the counter right in front of us and said "for when your drinks are gone". I quickly replied before she could walk away again that we decided to eat our food sitting there at the bar and were going to have another drink, again a disgusted look and this time an eye roll. She snatched up the check and turned around. We ignored her disrespectful behavior AGAIN! (much to my fiances dismay) We took our food out of the bags and set it out in front of us to eat, at this point our drinks are gone. She went to the other side of the bar where 3 waitresses were standing, she said something to them and all 4 woman were now glaring at us from across the bar.... I mean really what the hell is the problem? I just spent $60.00 plus tip on food and was spending another $60.00 plus tip for drinks, there was no dishes to take care of, so why are they all staring at us pissed off. Then she came back over and said "I suppose you want another round now?" I said "yes, that would be great, thanks." She got our drinks and brought them over, and I said "excuse me, is there a problem here that I'm not aware of?" She said "nope, no problem". I said "ok, we're going to have a shot as well" to which she replied "really?" At this point I am beyond disgusted with the service we had received all night, we ordered our shots, sucked them down, sucked our drinks down, packed up our food, wiped the counter where we sat payed the tab and got the hell out of there. It won't stop me from eating at my favorite restaurant but definitely not if she is working!!
Had a meal and 2 appetizers, taking advantage of the half price apps between 2-5, but ended up getting charged full price for the appetizers. I didn't realize Applebee's was strapped for cash. I ordered the extra hot buffalo wings and they weren't even as spicy as red hot.
placed an order for pick up and was brought the wrong bag telling me it was mine. got someone else’s order. employees were mocking the manager and complaining they couldn’t sit down. nothing but complaining and making fun of guests and fellow employees. all in the entryway. awful experience and staff
The food was amazing! The waitress that we had was super amazing! We visited on 7/1 at about 6:00 pm and sat on the left side of the restaurant! She made our night, made recommendations, personable, fast and efficient! We will be back!
Applebee's will always be a 3-4/5 star restaurant to me.
This visit was fantastic because of the waitress. Wish I had gotten her name but I would hire her at every establishment I walked into ????
She said she'd just come back to waitressing and was waitressing part-time. She was literally The Best of the Best
