Came here for some Food and Drinks,, had a Great Experience from Olivia,, she was on Top of everything,, kept me topped off,, and went beyond my Expectations on Service..
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Applebee’s in Okeechobee and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure our needs were met with a smile.
The food was excellent, with each dish prepared to perfection. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal or just some appetizers, the menu has something for everyone.
A special nod to Olivia, Samuel, Sam, and Winter, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s clear that Applebee’s has a well-trained and inclusive staff, and these three exemplify the best of what the restaurant has to offer.
If you’re looking for a great dining experience with top-notch service, I highly recommend visiting Applebee’s in Okeechobee. You won’t be disappointed!
Great service super friendly staff good food and drinks. We ordered the classic combo appetizer and the zombie cocktail.
Was in town for work. This was just in front of my hotel. It was easy so gave it a try. Happy Hour Special two for one on the drinks, got Margaritas on the rocks. They were quite tall and I thought I was going to sleep well. Unfortunately not even a mild buzz, wondering how little tequila was used if any? Ordered the baby back ribs, waitress said it “comes with two side, pick any two at the bottom of the page”. So I did. The ribs were ok, felt like a vacuum packed rack that’s pre-cooked and just put on the grill to add some char with some sauce for service. No smoke flavor. I was anticipating that so not really surprised. What was a surprise was when I got my bill, I had been charged for the two side extra as “premium sides”. Clearly the waitress was padding the check. I asked for the manager, as I told her and him, it was never presented that as such, never even mentioned. The manager did remove from the bill but it was an unnecessary negative experience and felt underhanded on the part of the waitress. She was respectful and did not have an attitude when I brought it to her attention. Maybe it’s something they’re instructed to do. I was surprised that in this small community with frankly very polite people this occurred. So left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed, in the tactic and lack of alcohol in my drinks. They can do better.
Great outdoor patio to watch Monday Night Football. Staff is awesome! Plenty of drinks that were 2 for 1! Good times, will be back! Came back on a Fri night. Patio server needs help. Cleaned our own table and took a long time to get a drink.
Food was great service was great stopped here with the fam on the way home thanks for having us
Much better than the last few times I have been here. Now there's a new 9.99 lunch menu that includes fish and chips, but you can get other sides.
I had the cheeseburger with onion rings. Both were delicious. Husband had the shrimp bowl. He said it was good. Service was excellent. Went back again & hubby had steak & shrimp. And again fir salmon & chicken strips. All great!
