First time visitor to this location. Stopped by on Tuesday for their limited time offer of $9.99 of any burger and fries. Greeter was super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure if ApplePay was accepted but he made sure to ask and confirmed it is. Server (Malia O) was above and beyond. Overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Well deserved 5 stars

I walked in. I had a great greeting. They knew who I was and very friendly. BUT I WAS ONLY FIVE MINS LATE. BY THE TIME I GOT HOME THE ONLY THING THAT WAS STILL HOT WAS THE ARTICHOKE DIP. We barely had enough chips to eat with the only thing that was hot. My riblets were so cold including my fries. I lost my appetite and gave it to my dogs. They enjoyed it..
I worked almost 10 hours today . Every Friday, I treat myself totakeout. Today I chose Applebee’s. I did an online order. I am starving. I get home. Some of my items are missing. My hard earned money was given to your restaurant and whoever does the online orders to not follow through. Before you distribute a to go order Please double check that everything is in the bag ready to go. So you do not disappoint your patrons.
The riblet could be better cooked and presented on the plate and don't over douse the buffalo wings with excessive sauce. Other than that, the bucket drinks were amazing! Who ever made my drink on 7/31 around 7pm - shout to the bartender - it was mad delicious!!!!! And made leave the 5⭐️s
Food was decent for Applebee's. I had the Bourbon Street chicken and it was a bit salty and greasy. The server ignored us for about 45 minutes while we were trying to check out on the table pay machines. We had a lot of issue with our machine and splitting up checks. The blue margarita was great.

Awesome job to Applesbees on Montgomery tonight! Summer greet me and had a huge smile, probably one of the best hostesses who seems to enjoy her job. My server was Lolo and he is excellent. Great customer service and attentive. Didn’t have to ask twice for things and wasn’t over excessive on checking on me but checked on me enough. I am was super bummed I always miss happy hour but glad to see the .50 cent wing deal. Also the quesadilla burger was awesome and make how I wanted to. Great job( sorry I was too hungry to take a photo of the wings)
My friend and I came down here to have dinner. The appetizer we had was the one with the multple things (quesadilla, wings, mozzarella sticks, and spinach artichoke dip) it tasted bad. The dip was kinda cold and had a weird sour taste? The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were made in old oil and the quesadilla was the worst thing on there. We ordered our entrees finally and I got the bourbon street chicken. My entrees was super good but my friend got the ribs and they were very dry so we switched it out for a burger. At that point my friend started feeling nauseous and we decided to pay and go. Today we both feel like we have food poisoning. My roommate has also gotten severely sick at this location so we won't be back. Hopefully things change and no one else gets sick. Our waitress was super sweet though and she did an amazing job. The alcohol drinks I got were made perfectly fine as well.
