The take out is no good!! I waited more than 30 min for my order. I arrived a little late to give extra time and they still took more than 30 min.
They ended up giving me the incorrect order too!! I noticed once I had arrived at home!!
I attempted to give a review in the survey QR code and they gave me an invalid code too!

This location is our go-to since we reside in the northeast. We always have a good experience here. Dishes are good, not too much wait time, service is good, atmosphere is good. It's just all around good.
Had some drinks ???? and it was not a pleasant experience.
Bad service.
The bartender didn't prepare the correct drink.
Dirty glass.
Old Lime.
Rusty shaker.
Dirty silverware.
Missing garnish, how do I know more about a drink than the bartender.

Stopped by tonight and had a great experience. We were immediately greeted at the door by a young man who promptly took us to a table. Immediately after were greeted by our server, Carola F. Food was delicious but service was even better. Carola checked on us multiple times and our food came out quickly. The only complaint was the food was a bit salty and the floors were a bit dirty, straws and napkins everywhere . Other than that, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend this recommend this location.
This was an awful experience because they burned my salmon and the manager blew me off when I told him about it. The service was worse… was not attentive whatsoever. The manager disregarded my frustrations and hunger. This is not a good place to visit! Do not eat here! Nate was an amazing server! He was the only positive aspect of this visit!
I hate writing this review, but I went there for the Veterans Day meal. When I got there you could tell the servers were exhausted, but still found the energy to be hospitable. My number one issue was the food. I asked for a bacon cheeseburger, it was cooked unevenly, seasoned poorly and half of it was just drenched in oil. I couldn't even eat half of it. I didn't send it back or bring it up then because frankly I just wanted to leave. I'm not going back to this Applebee's, I should have gone to the one on Airway off Montana Ave. Last time I was at that location I damn near wanted to kiss the person who cooked my food. Just steer clear of the Transmountain location in my opinion, never thought I would be wishing to have gone to Chili's across the street.
I normally have a good visit to this place.. Perhaps this complaint could’ve been avoided if I was there, as this was a takeout order that my wife ordered for me.. an order of grilled shrimp, put in a small cup, with the sauce also in the cup.taking up most of the volume.. there was about 6 small shrimp at the bottom..
Horrible !
We order takeout 3•24•24 & the food wasn’t good at all! We was missing items from the Wonton Tacos which was also super hard & the nachos was missing all the meat from it. I called the store & spoke with the bartender who assured me the meal would be fixed. Once I got to the store I asked for the replacement food & too speak with the manager but it took her at least 15 mins & 2 crew members to finally get her to come out & speak with me. I just wanted my money back at this point, when she approached me she wanted to take my information down on a napkin. I stated that I would like a refund & she told me that it’ll be refunded in 7 business days !! I really didn’t understand that statement since I paid cash, I was told they don’t do cash refunds!
I also asked for corporate number she told me she doesn’t have it .
