We came in for apps. We were s little sad that we couldn't get the half off apps because we wouldn't sit in the bar area with our 6 yr old son, but we're still glad we got our wonton tacos and breadsticks with cheese, regardless of the deals for happy hour. The food came out hot and fresh and tasted really good compared to another local applebees, and we hardly waited at all. I would say that they could improve on cleanliness as there were dead bugs and dust along the windowsill next to our table. We just tried to sit away and avoid it. Also, the AC vents kept dripping from up above our seats and hitting us with ice cold drops of water. Our waitress was fantastic, she made our lunch a pleasant experience.
The customer service was great, The food was cooked fresh and hot. The cleanliness of the restaurant was splendid. The atmosphere was just right. We didn't have to wait long for the appetizers, meal, and dessert. The quality of the food was A-1, seasoned just right, and delicious. Will I recommend this particular restaurant at this location to anyone? Absolutely!!!!
This visit to Applebee's was great. The service was excellent and there was little to no wait for seating. I tried the salmon and was very surprised at how fresh and delicious it was. My girlfriend had also got a mixed drink, that she expressed was absolutely to die for. Parking was plentiful and getting in and out of the restaurant was very easy. If you are in the area it's definitely worth giving it a try.
I went with my brother and the staff is very friendly. We got sat by the hostess Sara who gave us some of her favorite options and let us sit by the bar. We ordered the whole lotta bacon burger and it was delicious.. perfectly cooked bacon and plenty of it great seasoning on burger as well. Our waitress was patient and attentive as we tried to figure out what we wanted. Sara would also check on us as she walked by. The bar seats are comfortable and allowed us to be friendly with other customers.
The waitress was fantastic she got us in and out quickly. The restaurant was clean and we'll taken care of. They run different specials every day at a reasonable price. $6.99 for a Swiss & mushroom hamburger & fries. And you didn't have to hunt down the beef.
Worst experience ever. The only thing the server got right was our daughter's food. Both my partner and I received the wrong food. Management barely seemed to care. Took 5.00 off the bill. After talking to manager, server came back with bill and an attitude. We then waited over 20 mins for her to come back to pay the bill. It took asking for the manager again for that to even happen. Oh, and we were her ONLY table. Manager did not seem shocked she messed up as much as she did, but also didn't seem to care much about our overall experience. Will not be returning anytime soon, if at all.
Ever since I first stepped into my neighborhood Applebees, I have made it my go to and added it to my top favorite places to come to. The environment is great. The food always comes out great and the servers are always delightful. Come in during the afternoon for happy hour from 11am to 4pm for 1/2 priced appetizers. Elaina is great! Step in during the evening for a chill night and see Lilly! She’s probably one of the best server’s I’ve come across with such a beautiful personality and knows the menu through and through. Definitely someone who you can appreciate as a server. Appetizers are also half price from 10pm to close. Be warned, the chicken wonton tacos are addicting! Check photo for daily deals as well. I didn’t see these on their website.
Had the best food and service I’ve had in a long time! Everything was perfect. My food came out in no time, it was good. My server, Krista was so attentive and made such a good connection with us and the tables around us! I’ll definitely be back.
