Great food and drinks! Our waitress was super nice! Lots of tables needed to be cleared, they weren't very busy? 9/10 would eat here again ???? #GasparinoGroup
First of all, it took our waiter Jacob 15 minutes to take our drink order, so we ordered our meal at that time. My medium steak was dry and well done, my broccoli was almost raw and the potatoes warmed up in a microwave. The waiter did ask if I wanted a refill on my drink , but never brought it. The place was not busy either.
We went in at lunch today for a meal. They were not busy. Maybe 7 tables with most people already eating. After our order was taken, it took our server 15 min to bring our drinks. Our food took forever and there was loud rap music that we could hear from the kitchen. Once we Finally received our meals, our server never returned to see if we needed anything and never offered to refill our drinks. NO TIP for her. Terrible service. We will choose another location next time.
Food was excellent. Service was as well. The only problems I had were the music being loud and obnoxious. Emo/grunge metal is NOT made to be played in public. The restaurant as a whole was kind of dirty. Restrooms were disgusting. The tables were all sticky. And yes I had to check because the first one we sat at was that bad.
This place need s help my food got messed made reong and looked raw the frist time. Then it took up took like 3 hr to eat here the server was great
but the the kitchen staff needs work , they need to work on cleanliness they need to have more people on shift to serve the customer better. The over working the staff they have the lights was not on when we got there like you were trying to look close
Witch the light should be on any time at night This a SAFTY HAZARD
if a restaurant's lights are not on during normal operating hours, it can be considered an OSHA violation,
Way much better than when we went around Christmas of 2023. Our waiter Bailey, was attentive and very courteous to our meal and our overall experience. This waiter has redeemed back our business. Please keep more like him!!
Tables could be updated as soon as possible. The lacquer on the table was degraded to the point of being sticky to the touch. The food was decent and much better than our last time. People did well bussing tables around us.
My wife and I stopped for lunch on our road trip through Indiana. Our food was pretty good, considering the amount of change Applebee's has undergone as a company... the only negative thing was our chips brought out for the artichoke dip was very stale. Our waitress brought out fresh chips and we thanked her as we could tell the difference. I believe that as long as an error is fixed through customer service a place should get a good review. My meal was the lime chicken with cheese topping along with rice. Best chicken I'd had in some time soft and cooked just right.
We sat in the bar area. We only had an appetizer, Everything was just ok. I felt there might have been a problem with where we were seated. Anyway, I would go back because I've had good food and service before at Applebee's.
