Picked up an order. Food was ready on time and was hot and well packaged. Chicken fettuccine alfredo was good (chicken seemed very fresh) but the bread sticks were a little dry and brewed sweet tea had a fruity flavor, as if it had been crossed contaminated or even substituted with their flavored tea. Mozzarella sticks were mediocre. Overall I was content with the experience, though I would have sent back the tea for something else had I dined in.
Wish I would have looked at recent reviews before we stopped here. We have had decent experiences here in the past, but today was one of the worst experiences we have ever had eating out.
For starters, we waited nearly 10 minutes to be seated (there were no other patrons ahead of us waiting and there were plenty of open tables). After being seated, it took nearly as long for the waitress to come back over to take our drink order. Drinks came out wrong. Food was brought out for the other 3 people in my party and mine didn't come out until 5 minutes later. One person in our party had hair in their food and an inedible piece of chicken, and another ones food was lukewarm at best. To boot the prices were absurd. We won't be returning to this location. Terrible experience.
The staff here is amazing. The location is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat and drink. Go check them out ASAP.
Our waitress was Danny and she was excellent. She had great suggestions because we were undecided. Even when my husband didn't like the sauce on his food, she asked the kitchen to make a new one without the sauce for us to take home. Excellent customer service!
All the food looked delicious I was so hungry and I thought I was gonna enjoy the food a lot , I got the ribs and the Mac n cheese but it just didnt have any flavor, I added salt but of course it's not the same
The only thing that did have very good flavor was the dessert

Good quality food and the staff was absolutely professional and friendly. Also, this is one of my favorite places to go as a veteran on Veteran's Day for a meal. The staff was ready to serve us and they did an excellent job in doing so.

Service is great! I’m on a special diet, and the manager Briana did her very best to fit my needs as well as the server and Theresa . They both showed a compassion and dedication in making sure my experience was just right.
What can I say, it's Applebee's, for the price there really is nothing to complain. They have a few dishes that have a bit of a kick. The food is decent and the service is fine.
