We haven't visited here in several years and decided to check this location out for happy hour. Lively spot. We came here to watch the Dodger game. They have TVs all throughout the bar and restaurant area. We sat at the bar. It's roomy. Service was fast. They have a wide variety of options for specialty drinks and food items. We will be visiting more often. This location is very convenient to home.
I live in Missouri, but I was visiting my daughter in California. The last 2 orders I had at Applebee's was delivered to my home. On a scale from 1-5, I rated the food 3. The giblets weren't tender enough and seemed old or overcooked. The broccoli tasted like I had picked it out of my own garden. Dry and briefly thrown in boiling water and that's it. Very crunchy. Me no like! I used to go to Applebee's all the time while I was still working and met up with co-workers for lunch 30-35 years ago. I've been retired for a while. We started noticing the quality of the food and service declined. I stop going all together. Around 2022, I decided to eat there with friends. Not too much had changed. So, I never went back. My daughter suggested Applebee's and I told her about my experiences. She said, "take a chance!" I'm happy I did. Very pleasant atmosphere!
Our waitress, Monique, talked like a part-time comedian!???? Very funny, and sweet as can be! I wanted hot chocolate, which I didn't see on the menu. She said she would check if there was any. About 5 minutes later, she returned with a steaming mug! She mentioned the sides to go with my riblets and (assured me that they would be tender) I wanted broccoli ???? and I mentioned my past experience on them. She said she would tell the cook to steam it longer so it would be softer. The broccoli was perfect! Usually, I get cold butter with broccoli and not much of it. It looked like someone used an ice cream scoop to put the butter in a dish and warmed it up! Perfect! The broccoli was so good that I could have eaten more! I asked about the slaw because I was a little hesitant about getting it. She said she would bring out a little for me to sample. That was FAR from being "little". It was a nice size dish. I was very surprised. The slaw was very good as well. She didn't charge us for that. We ordered a chocolate overload cake. I took mine home. Excellent! Monique was very attentive the whole time and we made sure we tipped her well. We, the people, need a few thousand more waitresses/waiters like her. An absolutely wonderful experience overall!!!☺️

Delicious food and atmosphere. Good price for a chain restaurant. I had to wait a little lo ger than expected, but the food was hot and tasty.
Steak with mashed potatoe and coles law salad and courteous food server with beautiful smile and delicious food my friend did have a memorable bday celebration of her life a memory to treasure with .
Everything was good at the time of our visit. The place was starting to get full but our Waitress was still able to accommodate our requests. Overall, we were happy with the food and service. Even Clyde enjoyed the meal. ????
This place reminds me of a subpar dining hall. None of the food is something that should be paid for. I ordered the riblets and there was barely any meat on them and the flavor was that of dinner. The french fries caused me great distress. They were Piping hot as if they were recently microwaved, And became hard within minutes. They also had a golden color as if they were not fresh, as soon as I mentioned it to the waitress, I cannot even finish my sentence before she said she would give me some fresh ones as she knew. For it not to be very busy I don’t understand why my food couldn’t have been prepared freshly. we got drinks and there was absolutely no alcohol in them. Definitely don’t recommend this location. This is my experience.
I wouldn't necessarily recommend their steaks, but they may have just had an off day. However, most of their menu options are exceptional. Especially the Quesadilla Burger. I don't know why anyone had ever thought of that before? Most of the servings are filling and very satisfying. This is "Eatin' good in the Neighborhood!"
I had the worst experience in my life tonight. I haven't been to Applebees in years . I was looking forward to sitting there and eating. However, I was completely disappointed I had the worst customer service there . I believe my waitress was Maria. I don't know, she didn't even give me her name .I didn't even get water, I didn't even get service ,they walked right past me and didn't even make eye contact, and didn't even say they'll be with me in a minute!! I had to wave them down to ask for water. Which i never received. I walked out. I felt I needed to contact the manager and tell him about my recent experience in that location his name is Ricky.He was completely illiterate. I have no idea how Ricky got a managerial position ? He didn't even know how to communicate on the phone , he had zero customer service and was Zero helpful with my complaint. He said he would get back to me, but of course, he didn't .I will let corporate know about this location and the horrible management and customer service they're giving to their customers. Needless to say ,i will never return nor will any of my family members or friends. Do not go there, horrible attitude and horrible service. If you're looking to have a good time and relax, that's not the place to go.
