The food wasn't the greatest. it was hot when it came out.Just didn't have a good taste. waiter was really nice and polite and respectful and attentive. i have been noticing a trend in employees at restaurants, bringing their kids to work. i saw my waiter actually take a child into the back of the restaurants into the kitchen. i just don't feel that that is appropriate. i was given an airline credit for a food voucher, and they have trouble using it. i give a provided a qr code.But they said they were unable to scan it so I had to pay for it. Not going to willingly, ever go back to appleby, is in any state.
This place is honestly pathetic. Why is it, that I ask for a classic burger not the classic cheeseburger. The regular classic burger, I never get the right things. These are all 4 separate occasions. This is so sad that the workers don't even know how to make the food correctly.
By far the worst service of any Apple Bees Restaurant I have ever experienced. I sat for nearly 15 minutes with no service. I had to ask for the manager to get any service. When I received my appetizer with no silverware or napkins. I was given plastic silverware to eat with while dining in. No one check on me at all. The worst absolute worst restaurant I've been to. This restaurant needs to be shutdown!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not visit this location again. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Horrible experience!!!!
If I could give this a half of a star I really would. Honestly if you’re thinking of coming to this location save your time, the hostess didn’t say not a word to us but grabbed menus and walked away, me and my fiancé were so confused but followed to our seats, so rude! Then our waitress, we barely could find her, we ordered water and some drinks when she appeared, along with our food. Then somehow we got our appetizers before ours waters and drinks? We politely asked her about our drinks and she brought them in under 5 min but it was very odd. We weren’t checked on not once by our waitress we had to flag down a women who appeared to be the manager of the establishment for some boxes and the check, our waitress appeared shortly after to grab my card and ring us up. We then went to the bar to have a few more drinks before leaving the service was by far better here, we even got free shots of a left over drink that bartender had made for another customer. She was very nice and respectful behind the bar, we actually felt like tipping. Overall very slow and disrespectful service, with a staff that doesn’t really seem to care about their jobs overall. The atmosphere was not very inviting.
This Applebee's location is straight-up ridiculous. Went on a weeknight, figured it would be laid back. Wrong drink, wrong side, only plasticware available - no silverware. I'm cutting steak with a plastic knife? OK, I guess. We saw employees' friends vaping, hanging out, employees playing tag, laughing and screaming, some were out of uniform with pajama pants on here and a bonnet on there, it was a joke. At one point I counted thirteen employees front of house for less than twice that many customers. One employee was taking her break eating fries and a burger while wrapping the silverware they so desperately needed. The table next to us got their order wrong so many times ... their waitress just kept coming back around with new plates of food and every time the customers would shake their heads, like, "nope" still ain't right.
It was just silly. Don't waste your time or money here. You deserve better.
Horrible customer service, order our drink 15 minutes after being seated. Drinks got to us another 15-20 minutes after we ordered them. Ordered our food, came within 15 minutes, cold….. and didn’t provide silverware. Food was siting in front of us for about 5-7 minutes before we went up to the host and got our own silverware. Horrible service, food tasted okay, but was cold. Not worth your money or time.
The service was terrible! We waited 20mins after being seated for someone to come and ask what we wanted to drink. After we finally got something to drink and ordered our food, it took about 45mins for our food to come. My food was cold when I got it. I talked to the manager about my experience and she was really nice but I will never go back to that location and I really love Applebee's. They have some real training issues that they need to resolve
Applebees will respond and apologize, but they won’t make any changes to this location. Drinks will take 30+ minutes, and that is no exaggeration. We got our food before we received our drinks. We were there for close to 2 hours, and that wasn’t because we were enjoying ourselves, it was because we were waiting for food and drinks. 15 minutes for a bottle of Modelo is nuts, especially when there were only 4 other tables. Watching the bartender chit chat with her friends while drink tickets piled up was a really stellar experience.
