The server service was standard nothing to go home about. The "host" stand was abandoned and we did have to stand there a while until we were acknowledged, which was kinda werid, seeing it was a weekday night and they werent busy at all. Atmosphere was simple and the bathrooms were clean. The food was okay at best. I got the appetizer sampler. The boneless wings were interesting flavor (garlic parm) but not my fave, I wouldn't order again. The spinach artichoke dip was okay but also wouldn't order again. The chips were actually a highlight and very tasty and crispy. The mozzarella sticks weren't very good in my opinion. The only saving grace were the chicken quesadilla, it was actually super good and I would get again! My son got mini cheeseburger and they were seasoned pretty well for a chain restaurant. Overall, just an okay experience, and only went because I had a free kid meal voucher.
A great Applebee’s! The place was clean and nice with many large screens. The service was great with fast WiFi.
The lunch menu was really good serving with cheap and classic items. Fiesta lime chicken tasted great with juicy and cheesy grilled chicken breast. They did not have gravy for mashed potatoes, but the garlic mashed potatoes were still delicious.
I had a wonderful lunch with my family today. Kimber provided amazing service; she was very helpful and knowledgeable, and maintained a smile despite the busy atmosphere. We enjoyed the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp, boneless wings, and the broccoli chicken Alfredo; everything was delicious, fresh, and hot. We will certainly return.
Server was ok, but seemed preoccupied and uninterested. We got there a little after 7pm and we didn't get out food til about 8:20 and they were clearing out pretty steadily. The staff was angry about something and didn't try to hide it as we could hear all their comments. We never saw a manager while we were there, and the atmosphere was very strained by all the side conversations we were hearing. We will not be dining at that location again.
Walked inside to pick up a to go order. Went to the area where order pick up is. Stood there for a minimum of 5 minutes while nobody acknowledged I was there. I've never walked past a bartender who didn't say something in hopes of gaining a customer. 2 other people walked in waiting g for orders as well. Finally get our orders, take it home to find my wife's medium well steak burnt and so overdone she barely ate half and fed the rest to our dogs! Expensive dog food at this point. My ribs were very tough. I put mine in foil, with a little bit of water, into the oven for an hour at 250 degrees. They were at least edible then, but still not even close to as tender as mine. The only redeeming thing about the meal was the sides were cooked fine.
Only took a star off because the southwest chicken bowl wasn't very good it tasted like the chicken was fried in the same oil as the fish and it kind of bled into the rice flavoring. Kimber was PHENOMENAL she was so nice and helpful. She's very good at her job and even my normally very shy son was engaging with her. The onion rings are so YUMMY!! The drink she made was so yummy, it was a reindeer one for the holidays ???? she brought my son a Santa gummy too and a plastic sword, he brought it home with him ????found it in his coat pocket getting ready this morning. I will be back again, we'll make sure to come Saturdays or Sundays to you again Kimber.
This was the first time we've been to this location in many years. It will also be our last. To start out the evening. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks and appetizers. (Before you think it... the restaurant was damn near empty of customers) Full staff on hand, so no excuse for slow service. At that point, we still didn't thinkul much of it. Our server kept filling our drinks, but no food!! It was about an hour or so before our food was brought out. I never did eat my food, because I had already excused myself to the truck. The steaks were overcooked and inedible. Luckily the appetizers were all good, so we at least ate something. Upon telling the server about our feelings. She got the manager. The manager basically said too bad and did nothing. He even went to the server and warned her "don't expect a tip. These people are pissed!" When she ran our card. She actually voided off the tip part, so we gave her $50 in cash. It isn't her fault the kitchen staff and management I'd trash!! We won't be back!! Also, corporate has been notified! We will be talking with them today. Do yourself a favor... DO NOT go to this location!!! Management is ????!!!
Photo is a whole steak. Not leftovers of... and the one bit that was attempted to be eaten, you couldn't chew. A piece of broccoli was bigger than the steak. Unreal !!!
The service was great, the restrooms smelled like an outhouse though. The Cinnabons we’re so good. We all ordered to go ones you have to try.
