My family and I came here and were sat right away after coming in. The servers were all working hard and ours was regularly checking in on us getting us drinks when needs and not to mention the food was delicious. The manager was very kind and helpful when talking to him. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, clean and friendly atmosphere.
The server was very friendly and helpful. Food came out in no time wasn't a long wait. Strawberry dacari was really good. Food is reasonable priced.

We walked in to an empty restaurant....we were asked, table or booth. We said booth. After looking at the seating chart for a solid 3 minutes, looking very confused.....our hostess still gave us a table.
Then comes the waitress, her exact words; "I will be as attentive as I can, but I'm dealing with other issues" and went on to tell us how she'd already messed up her other guest's check. So, we already knew she was going to neglect us. We waited forever for appetizers. Forever for food, that was absolutely sub par at best. Now my boyfriend and myself feel sick.....gonna go throw up now ✌️
Saturday night at 6:20pm
After waiting 45 minutes to get a smoothie and appetizers, I asked to speak to a manager. He was rude and stated that they were busy although over half the tables were empty as well as most of the bar area because they currently don't have a liquor license. We had seen at least 4 employees just standing around. About 10 minutes later, we finally got our appetizer and smoothie. The smoothie had several large chunks of ice as it wasn't blended sufficiently. The food came out luke warm (not hot) and we were missing a few items although they did bring them to us. We had to chase our waitress down for refills. The mens restroom was disgusting. We will NOT be returning to this location.
Our burgers were great, our waitress needed training and seemed lost most of the time, had to ask for my refill 2 times and her reply was Oo hahaha I thought I brought u one , haha No u didn't. The restroom was beyond disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in a very long time!!!!
Dennis the manager was very attentive to our table and made sure we were enjoying our experience. Server and cooks did amazing!
This is now the third time I have boycotted this location. The last time I came to this location was in March 2024. Food took over an hour and was cold when it was delivered. Today, the food was hot. Wrong, but at least it was hot. Still took over an hour for the food to come out, and we had to ask for refills on drinks. Today is September 30th, 2024. May try again in 6 more months.
Kayla was very attentive to our refills and made sure everything was perfect. checked in on us every few minutes as well. overall very welcoming atmosphere.
