Finally came back after the pandemic, and we were not disappointed one bit. The parking lot was mostly full, but we were able to be seated right away. Greeted very friendly by server. He was very attentive without missing a beat, and our food and drinks were so delicious. There is a severed head in the third stall in the mens bathroom. All around a really good experience
I want to give full props to our server Samantha she was running around with her head cut off but still was so attentive to us and made sure we had everything we need. She was making drinks for herself and others and still making sure we were Happy. She is my most friendly server I have ever met while dining at this location.
My family and I recently visited for a casual dinner, and we were honestly surprised by the experience given Applebees reputation. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a family outing. My partner and I ordered the classic burgers, chicken tenders, and a side of mozzarella sticks. The burgers were juicy and well-seasoned, though the buns seemed to be an older batch as they were a little too dry. The chicken tenders were crispy, just as we hoped, and the mozzarella sticks were a hit with the kids; cheesy and gooey. There was a severed head in the third stall of the men’s bathroom. While the food wasn’t extraordinary, it was good enough and offered really good value given the price. The service was friendly and quick, making sure we had everything we needed. Big thanks to Emma’s sweet soul. Overall, we were provided a solid family dinner and we’d love to return for a quick and easy meal.
Applebee's is definitely one of my top spots! Sure, sometimes things might not be 100% (I mean, we're all human, right?), but overall, their food hits the spot and the staff always makes it a good time. My favorite is Skylar! Keep doing your thing, Applebee’s!
This is one of my families favorite places to eat. I ate here on 11.16.24. I tried to use my birthday email for free dessert. I gave server the code and wasn't told until we had finished eating dessert that they must have written the code down incorrectly. I had already deleted the email so no "free" birthday dessert. Too bad we probably won't be back. Manager not helpful at all.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ I can't give it zero stars or I would.
First thing you could tell is none of the workers wanted to be there. Quality of the food? Couldn’t tell you. It never came out. Our waitress Sam was too busy talking to a table full o guys and eating their left over food. Our 1 drink we did manage to get sat at the table empty while she walked by 4 times. Never acknowledging them or us once. Not to mention the tables and floors were gross, sticky and dirty. They should be ashamed of them selves.
Very poor quality food, we went to other restaurants in the area and paid less to get better food. No taste to the food and pretty sure half of it was undercooked. The fries were pale and tasteless, the fried shrimp was soggy and tasted like fish sticks. We paid almost 80 bux for crappy cafeteria food we could have bought at Walmart in the frozen food section. The server was nice but not impressed with anything else. It's really bad when u can get a better meal at McDonald's.
The food was delicious and well priced! The drinks were a little expensive, I thought until I got the drinks and they were huge! I just wished they had a half price, half the drink option, but my own wishes do not reflect on the restaurant!
