I recently had lunch here and was pleasantly surprised with how hot and delicious the food was! Everything came out just right, and I had no complaints at all. Even though they appeared to be short-staffed, Domonique did an amazing job handling the floor primarily solo, ensuring all the customers were taken care of. I really appreciated the level of service and the quality of the food despite the staffing challenge. I’d definitely recommend this spot and look forward to coming back!

My server was awesome! Everything was to my satisfaction except the tortilla chips on my dish were stale, which took away from the taste and made it a weird texture, but once I took them out everything was great! I'd definately try it again.
Very disappointed in today’s visit but this certainly isn’t the first time but will be the last. Husband and I ordered the classic combo to share as our lunch and 1 of our children got the kids burger. She had no complaints. However, our appetizer combo was wrong and looked old. We asked for no tomato in the chicken quesadilla but it came fully loaded with it and very very little chicken and cheese. So it was a tomato quesadilla, essentially. Then we asked for the Asian wing sauce on our boneless bites but instead got buffalo which looked dry, old and quite gross. When we noticed we tried searching for our waitress who went MIA for a while but another waitress noticed us searching around and said she’d go find her. So we were just sitting and waiting for a good 10-15 min. Finally she came over and we let her know the problems, which she replied she’d have it remade. We sat for another 10-15 min and nothing. So instead of being able to enjoy our lunch, all the waiting caused our youngest to get antsy and I took him to the car so he wouldn’t disturb other guests. We sat there for another 15 min and finally the rest of the family came out with the check we fully paid for and boxed up food. Waitress never apologized for the inconvenience nor offered any type of discount. The cooks have no attention to detail nor care what type of looking food they serve out. Very unacceptable and in the long run, it’s gonna hurt this business. We will not be back as we’ve given them multiple visits and there’s always something wrong and have NEVER tried to compensate for it. We absolutely did not get what we paid for nor did we get to enjoy our family outing, as we spent most of the time searching for help over our concerns as well as waiting for it to be corrected. I’d sure love a refund!
Well ,this place is usually pretty quick on service. But today my family’s experience has horrible. We were told a 45 minute wait, we ended up waiting for an hour an twenty minutes. The hostess sat a larger party who came in after us before us. My wife informed her of her mistake she just rolled her eyes and walked away. The hostess came back to the podium and wasn’t apologetic nor did have another place for us to sit. We waited for ten more minutes. It’s extremely cluttered in here it’s about 5 tables with remnants of previous parties. She finally offered us seating in between two of those tables. She wiped off the table with a dirty sour rag that smelled awful, and left it extremely wet. Now my server, she was awesome! She needs a raise seriously. She came in took our orders with a smile on her face. Food was fresh, my only complaint was the mashed potatoes were chunky.
This happened Thursday around 10. It was actually the best Applebees appearance I’ve seen so that’s was probably the best part. Our server was really nice and seems very nervous as if it were his first shift and basically got everything we ordered wrong. We asked for spinach dip, never received it. The drinks were absolutely horrible and tasted like straight liquor and looked nothing like the drink we asked for. The chicken sandwiches came out completely wrong and were very tasteless. Then on top of it all, the server barely stayed for a second with us to check if we were actually good, every time he came to the table he was instantly gone seconds after, no “are yall okay” or “do we need anything else”. No other servers helped us either even though it was very noticeable that they checked on every other table for each other except for ours. Mind yall, we weren’t loud nor rude about anything, it was just honestly a bad experience. PS. Our drinks we ordered at the very beginning didn’t come until we had already checked out. Terrible !!
Outdoor dining here, love soaking up the nicer weather before falls chill sets in. The food was fresh but we experienced a wait on our food, which was ok because we were just relaxing & in no hurry. They seemed laid back here, it’s a good spot for football and there are two TVs out on the patio area. I enjoyed our dinner and will visit again soon.
I decided I wanted to come to Applebee's today for my birthday. It was a fifteen minute wait, and me and my grandmother was seated. The food was really good, my favorite was definitely the boneless wings. I ordered the classic buffalo wings as my appetizer, with two entrées: the classic cheeseburger and the chicken tender platter. Also, the lady who served us today named Melissa was really kind and sweet. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Applebee's and I plan to come back again for their service.
