The food was great! They were short-staffed. Took 30 minutes to get a drink. There were kids crying because they couldn't get their food or their check. The drinks were, not potent.
Another visit with friends. The special drinks are now $6. This time I had blackened salmon . It was good. It was very busy, the service just a little slow.
I went there as part of a group of almost 20. The service was smooth and fast. I had french onion soup, a ceasar salad, and 1 of those $5 special drinks. Lots of other dishes were ordered, and no one complained.
My friend and I are frequent flyers here. We keep coming back because of the excellent service from Bailee making amazing drinks and her manager Chris, who checks on us and makes sure our food and drink are up to par. They are both awesome people care a lot about the service they provide and their costumers and they always put a smile on our faces!
We haven't been to Applebee's in a while. We had a great experience today. Great service, really good food.... no complaints.
A bit disappointed with this Applebees. My most recent order didn’t contain 20 pieces of chicken but 15 instead. And a lot of small pieces (compared to my 8 piece which were all full sized pieces) I am assuming because it was a “promo.” However I spent more money than I typically would have to qualify for the promo. But anyway I called Applebees and gave the benefit of the doubt. I explained the situation. I was asked to bring them back for a replacement but living over 10 miles away with small children at home it wasn’t an option. So I was offered a small compensation card. It’s been almost 2 weeks nothing has arrived in my email. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this isn’t my first disappointing experience with this Applebees. Two separate delivery orders had items left out/made improperly. My child’s juice box was missing and another time it was my child’s milk, missing guac/sour cream for our nachos and received a pink undercooked burger when I asked for it to be “no pink.”
Food is always fresh and cooked to order! @baggs is a great day time bartender; the manager and head chef is active.
We had a fantastic dining experience at Applebee’s thanks to our waitress, Faith. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. Faith’s pleasant and friendly demeanor made our meal all the more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to see Faith again on our next visit!
