The food was great today! Had the white cheddar chicken sizzler w/ mashed potatoes, broccoli, and fried onion bits on top through the "two for 25" deal. Also had a house salad w/ honey mustard. The Bourbon Street chicken w/ shrimp is solid as well.
Lastly, I just wanted to give high praise for our servers both times we came this way: Brandon and Justin. He is excellent and passionate about the customer.
The orders were switched when brought out to the table. My condiments were on my wife’s burger and vice versa. To remedy the problem our waitress brought me a refrigerator cold saucer of beacon. It complimented the now cold burger perfectly. Nothing was done to remedy my wife’s wrong order. And to top the night off the lady in the booth behind us thoroughly explained to the manager how she would never be back. I share her plans. I can see this place having another name atop it eventually, or at least this is what should happen.
Our server Curtis was very attentive and made sure that we were comfortable. He even saved me a few dollars by combining 2 of the meals into one of the deals they had going on. We received great customer service!
Brandon was awesome the food was hot and delicious. The ribs was fall off the bone they was so tender. The shrimp was crunchy. The restaurant was friendly bathroom’s could have been a little cleaner.
Steak was decent. Little tough on the chew but good flavor. Ribs were good and had a good flavor from what my father told me. Service was great attentive and checked on.
Ty is a great server, we traveled from Houston and we felt like we were down street from home having dinner. The food was on point fast, warm and well made. Drinks were also delish. Thanks Ty for making our experience extra pleasant. You deserve a shot out.. rock margarita, with a classic chicken broccoli yum ????
Went at 3ish nice quiet dining experience. Service excellent as always. We had the full rack of ribs and they are consistently good.
The food took longer than usual (waitress was very apologetic, saying they were short staffed). We didn't mind/weren't in a hurry and enjoyed our food. The blondie is delicious!
