Ordered the new chicken bacon ranch. Very little ranch. Also got one of the kids meals wrong. They had nothing for the kids to color with so they gave us a pen and permanent maker to use. The marker had clearly been chewed on. Additionally, the servers spend more time talking to each other than checking on the guests.
Was there Sunday night sat in the coldest spot of the restaurant while they seated other people in the warmest spot. And the waitress even stated to people coming in will put you in the warm spot and there was vomit outside the door that we had to tell them they need to clean. And when the food got there it really wasn't hot it was lukewarm. And the waitress didn't even come over to ask us how the food was or asked us if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Service is really gone downhill at this place
Thanks for feeding veterans on Veteran's Day. But, a friend and I just left this particular Applebee's. We sat at the bar and were ignored. After a few minutes, I did set my timer for ten minutes. When the timer went off, we left. I did say, "Thanks for feeding veterans on Veteran's Day!", to the gal, I thought may have been the manager. I also said thanks to other Applebee's workers. It is great that they give veterans a free meal, but maybe the bartender could look to see who just showed up and sat down, instead of telling the patrons at the bar about his real job of installing windows, or what-have-you?
But once again, thanks for feeding veterans. As an Iraq War Veteran, I always appreciate what restaurants and others do on Veteran's Day!???????? ???? ????

We ordered takeout last Wednesday night. A quesadilla burger and a crispy chicken sandwich both with fries. The burger was ok but my chicken sandwich was inedible. It was tasteless and was hard, dry, and the coating was awful. The fries had no salt or spice at all and was tasteless. This is the last time. It has really gone way downhill in flavor.
I always give a place a second chance. We were there last night, we got seated right away. But things went south from there. The waitress kept coming by be right there be right there she running around with her head chopped off. After 20 minutes finally got our drinks and food ordered. Finally about 30 minutes the food comes. We told them we silverware. Waiting and waiting finally we flag somebody else down for silverware. Our waitress finally came back and she said my sorry I for got. So now are food is lukewarm. So we finished all you can eat wings. And we asked for seconds that was a mistake it took just as long to come back. She brought back shrimp not wings. So I had enough I told her bring my check so we can get out of there almost two hours there. Looking at the slip she ring up extra drinks. We told her pop is free refills right. Oh my sorry I have to check. She finally came back with the right amount. I’m sorry we will never go back
I waited a 30 minutes for a rare steak. Had to send it back because it came out dry and well done. They took it back. And I waited another 30 minutes. The waiter was very nice. I left the restaurant. I canceled the steak. I am not happy.
The owner and manager apparently could not be bothered to talk to me. I left a $15 dollar tip fory waiter and paid in cash.
I'm absolutely embarrassed. I've never had to walk out of a restaurant before.
The waitress before was kind of mean but this time our server was amazinggggg!!! We came in late because we were coming back from a work event and she was so nice and understanding. She put our food in and checked on us throughout our stay. She was amazing and I loved everything!
The fried chicken burger I got was raw. How is that even possible from a restaurant? This is beyond imagination I would love to sue you and be sure if I am going to have any related sicknesses I will sue. This is a shame. I have picture as well but do not have the option to post it.
