Josh at the bar is so awesome. Personable and makes it fun! We love coming here when he’s working
Love this place. It was busy. There was a lack of communication about the availability of products. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks & take our order. Then to find out after asking that the drink we ordered was unavailable. Not a good experience with service but when we did get our food it was very good. Then again not all of us got our food. One of the items was missing. So it’s very mixed emotions on the one!
First time at this Applebee’s and it was just as expected. It was fast in and fast out. Got there around 5:30pm. The server was nice and friendly. Now to the good stuff…the crosscut fries were delicious. I devoured most of it before my meal arrived. The cheese they use on it was definitely good. The new Mountain Dew was bomb. They recommended a lemon to be dropped into it and that made it pop! The main course was flavorsome. The chicken was perfect and so were the noodles. Would definitely try here again.
Our server, he was older, I think his name was Troy? Was absolutely wonderful! He was cracking us up the whole time and we really enjoyed the visit because of his service. Every time we go here the service is really nice and I enjoy myself. I don't have any complaints about the food and it's really nice because they stay open so late! There was a man with curly hair, I think his name was Elijah, who seemed to be on break and overheard my friends and I questioning an item on the menu and he took time to help us out even though he was clearly on break.
I enjoy this location because every time I go, no matter who I'm with, the wait staff is so personable and pleasant! This is definitely a place that when we are looking for a nice sit down restaurant, is in the top 3 options.
Thank you guys for continued great service!
The only reason food isn’t 5⭐️s is because we didn’t order any. Kacy you’re amazing! Kicking butt through pain. You are always a wonderful server and a real asset to that restaurant. Thanks for all you do!!!
Bathroom cleanliness indicates kitchen cleanliness. This place is disgusting and doesn’t even give you a clean place to dry your hands. I’m a DoorDash driver who represents your customer and have to wait 10 to 15 minutes every single time. This is bad for your customers as drivers catch onto this and turn down all but the most generous customers
Food was not what I expected... I only got 5 mushrooms for $10.99 and my ordered a alcohol beverage that was not completely filled to the top. I don't necessarily blame the waitress for being short of food and drinks but I do believe they were in need of some help with her being the only waitress waiting more tables she can handle due to her experiences. I did not tip anything because I'm most definitely unsatisfied.. again it's not the waitress fault
Service was excellent. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The manager even stopped by our table to check on us. Great place for a family dinner or a quick lunch.
