There’s a few plates in like to order when we come here.
Hamburgers are good, the Taco salad and the grilled chicken with shrimp and mash potatoes.
I was just slightly disappointed that the meals are getting way smaller than what they were a year ago for example.
But… service was great as usual! We have never had any problems with wrong orders or bad attitudes at all.
This is your safe spot when u want to eat out but not sure what u want.
Menu has a wide variety of things!
Casual Sunday evening dinner. Food was only OK. Portions small and not worth the price. Food came out before salads, that's quite backwards in my book. No offer to discount or make up for the lack of service. Should have taken a picture of the chicken and shrimp but the chicken Mac pictured shows how tiny the pieces of chicken were.
Many week night specials. They offer deals on certain items as well as an all you can eat option. The staff seems very young and inexperienced. Our waitress dropped one of our plates.
I ordered the for cheese Mac and cheese with chicken tenders. I would not recommend this. There is a honey glaze on the chicken but it is awful, way sweeter than it should be. There is hardly any cheese sauce on the pasta. Definitely not what I was expecting.
Huge shout out to Jenna at the Fenton location. She was our server tonight. My family had a rough week and we just wanted a hot meal that I didn't have to cook. Jenna was VERY attentive and super quick. She was super patient with my child who recently has started to be independent and order his own meals. I was so thankful for the great service my family received. Thank you Jenna and all the staff at the Fenton location.

I came in yesterday after 1pm. Only got initial service in my first 10-15 minutes and was never spoken to or assisted by any staff again!!
It was dead in there, maybe 4 tables. Never got a refill. Never got a box to take my meal home. Hardly got any actual salad in my salad!!
Not only that but they expect YOU to cash yourself out with a 10 minute process and shitty internet!!
For the second time in my LIFE I left a zero dollar tip and honestly I wish I didn’t even pay my meal!! I couldn’t even take it with me and couldn’t even get a drink to wash down my medications with my meal.
Being a server for over a decade, I expected to leave a $10 tip since I was in the industry and saw the place was dead. But after taking my order and receiving my food it’s like I was a ghost and just invisible.
Don’t waste your time or sanity! Made me late returning to work. How does a salad constitute a 75 minute meal time?? I can’t get another drink, box, or anyone to cash my bill out?? I can see Robots from Sam & Cat as servers now!! Gotta damn work to even pay your meal to leave!!
Wish I had a whole lot more than a refund this was such a ridiculous experience and it did not even have to be!! Poor service 1000% all around.
Don’t waste your time, money, happiness, or sanity!! No wonder this company continues to bounce around investors and eventually back down the drain again. I can’t tell you how many times I was passed with dirty dishes and an empty cup and more than half my meal just waiting for a drink and a to go box. (In about a 30 minute time span just WAITING!!! Hello?!?! Can you see me??)
Wish I had fast food instead. Here Applebees is, wasting more of my damn time writing this honest experience for others to hopefully bypass!
I took my sister out to dinner for her Birthday 60th ???? I had a gift card for 25.00 and a coupon for 10.00 off because we went to a different Applebee's prior to this visit and received the coupon for spending over 40.00 also I received a text message saying pick 6 wings on Monday for free just tell your waitress so I told my waitress prior to ordering and she said no problem give her the coupons at the end of our dinner
We ordered the steaks off the 2 dinners for 32.00 and steaks were cold not delicious like other Applebee's and a couple drinks also they didn't offer the 1.00 Zombie Drinks like the other Applebee's did , place was not that busy for it being 5:00 pm
when the waitress brought me my bill the wings were on the bill so I asked nicely if you could adjust it, because the wings were free her name was bailey she immediately coped a attitude and said I'm pretty sure you can't use both coupons, I said why didn't you tell me that in the beginning and she said she didn't realize what I was doing so the Manager Karissa came over in a huge huff!
Extremely loud and Angry saying you can use one or the other but you're not using both you can either get $3 off or you can get free wings. I said well I'll take the $10 off then she brings me back my bill now adjusted to 32.00 then I showed her my phone because I had a gift card again turned into a complete hot head and started yelling at me right in front of all the customers plus took off with my phone!! I had to go find her to retrieve my phone mind you she was running around the bar like on a rampage acting very unprofessional and Loud letting everyone in the Restaurant know what was going on, she made herself look like a idiot when I asked her if I could have my phone back and she said no she needs the coupon number well why don't you be professional about it and write it down instead of taking someone's phone... and I bought this gift card and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience I'm embarrassed i took my sister here for her Birthday
Dinner something that was supposed to be wonderful and Fun turned into a Embarrassment and the Manager ruined our fun Night out I'm appalled!! nowhere on either coupon does it say You must not combine any other coupons but I think the thing that gets me the worst is the way she acted if she just would have came over calmly and explained it nice and quietly I would have been fine with it but instead she acted completely unprofessional running around the restaurant with my phone in her hand not acting like a manager at all
The manger was awful. Wouldn't serve another beer unless I ordered food. Which I did. I had five beers in 5 hours. They wouldn't serve another beer because they said I didn't eat enough food. What the hell!! I was not drunk or belligerent. I was with my friend. I had eaten before coming there. I told the waitress that as we arrived. The manager was a blonde woman. She made me order food before I could have a beer. Why r Apple bee's and Texas road house making us order food when we don't want it . We just want to have a few drinks with our friends or friend. I'm in my 60 s. Know what my limit is. A beer an hour is not over doing It. How dare they tell me there watching how much I ate. Wich I ate half my meal on top of what I ate ate home. It was 4:30 pm when we arrived. The waitress was hardly present at our table. When she came back and my friend asked why I couldn't have another beer since I had 5 beers in 5 hours she said she was just protecting herself. Ok. Ur not the bar tender!!! I ate food!! It was ur manager who lost ur tip. I loved Applebee's. Until now. Never had a problem for 15 years. U just lost a customer.
Really enjoyed the beef nachos! My son enjoyed the pretzels, and the blondie for dessert. Server was very great.
The music was... definitely geared toward an older crowd.
