Applebee's has very much tanked in their quality of food and service. Both burgers for my husband and myself were charred to a crisp to the point that the meat was scraping our lips as we tried eating them. We both requested that they both be pink in the middle. And my "lettuce wrap burger" had a bun on it. My child's Kids Cheesy Pizza was even burnt over the top. Both side salads looked horrible like someone just sloppily threw the ingredients in the container. This establishment needs to hire actual cooks who know what they're doing with food. If they are hard up for money and truly don't care about their customers, they should just say that. That was the most overpriced pile of garbage I have ever ordered from any restaurant in my 46 years of existence and I'm truly being nice.
We had the worst waitress. We could not hear her and she only came over once after we had to get the host to get her. We were given food without utensils or napkins and the food was dropped off and they ran off before we could tell them. We then had to wait 10 minutes to track down the host to get help. He was very helpful. It took us an hour an a half to get some appetizers and pops. Food was pretty good. Then as we were getting done there were people waiting to be seated and standing right in front of our table. I got hit by their sweatshirt they were swinging around. Not a great experience.
We visited Applebee's yesterday and like always, it was an excellent experience!! Although they were quite busy, we didn't have to wait long at all and our food came out hot and delicious! Our servers name was Reyna and we just love when we get the pleasure of having her take care of us!! The hostess was also super friendly as well as the manager Heather! Thank u guys!! We will definitely be back!!!!
This was definitely okay. I had the sirloin steak, salad and mashed potatoes. It was cooked correctly and tasted good. My wife had the Oriental chicken salad and enjoyed it as well. As an added bonus I tried a local root beer - so all good.
The service was fast and friendly and the are definitely taking the right precautions for cleanliness and social distancing.
The food was good and we had an excellent waitress my only issue was when the manager rudley came out after we sent back some pretzels that was still doughy. She told us that, they were supposed to be like that. So we just cancelled the pretzels. Our waitress came and apologized for her behavior. So they need to teach her manners whwn dealing with customers
This location was excellent; my food was on point and tasted terrific. My server Sonja was such a bubbly personality and very good at her job. Her customer service is wonderful. I ordered the Parmesan Steak and Shrimp it was great. I recommend this location if you're looking for a spot to eat. If I'm back in town, the ???? ???? to go to.
Great time!! Mood is always cooked to your instruction. The team goes above and beyond to provide great customer service/ satisfaction.

Sierra is the manager and exemplifies what the customer experience should look like. She went above and beyond to ensure my family’s order was completed as requested. If you are in the area I highly recommend this establishment.
Ordered and shared an 11oz Ribeye steak. The service wait time was average. She was friendly but seemed hurried. The steak was the worst I've had in a long time. The steak was 1/3 grissle. It took a long to me to get the bill and then wait for the credit machine. Overall not great.
