If I can give zero stars I would ! Very unsatisfied customer. Asked for caramalized onions and ended up getting fried onions. Asked for a medium well steak and got a well done steak. Almost my shrimp had the shells still on it. Ive went to a different Applebee’s a couple days prior to this visit for my daughter’s birthday and their food and service was a thousand times better. Horrible food. Not what I was expecting for my family.
Very slow service but staff are very friendly. The portions are very small as well. It's okay, not the type of food I would return to eat, but for the price, it's not bad.
The steak and chicken weren’t all that. The mashed potatoes were salty and the broccoli was soggy. The drinks made up for everything
I believe my order was rushed, or they simply just don't care at this Applebee's. I ordered a medium steak, cheese broccoli and green beans. Instead I got a RARE steak, mash potatoes instead of green beans.

I love coming here to watch the games and grab a drink at the bar is always nice my bartender today was Crystal and a gentleman. But the manager Rich was straight rude. Took my food that was brought to me on a dirty plate and never came back. I need to find a new spot for the games because this one is just, not it.
IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD BECAUSE WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!!! An order of chicken wonton tacos with NO CHICKEN, SLAW, CILANTRO.. NOTHING! Just a cold stale shell? I use to work for Applebees 10 yrs ago and this is how far you guys fell off. I understand why locations are closing and if this is how you treat your orders it deserves to permanently be shut down. Mamdou as a kitchen expo, this is how you allow your orders to be sent out the kitchen? Have more respect for your job. This is absolutely appalling. Do better, the company has a better name than this and if this is your standard JUST CLOSE DOWN!!
We came in today for my nephews birthday and our waitress lissa was amazing!!! It was a group of us, about 15 and she didn’t miss anything!!!! Her costumer service was on point!!!! She needs a raise!!!
I had Lissa as my waitress and my experience was amazing. Food, attitude, and service were all the best. Thank you for the hospitality.
