The food was not good. We ordered the chicken broccoli alfredo and the full rack of ribs. Ribs were ok, Alfredo was tasteless. I enjoyed the Cole slaw, but the fries looked and felt like they were at least a day old and reheated. The garlic bread that came with the pasta was as hard as a 3-day old bread left out on the counter.
Our server was so inattentive that we had to go out of our way to get her attention. She didn’t take our order correctly, so we got the wrong appetizer, which came out with the dinner plates, so our correct appetizer came out after we were almost finished with our dinner.
We enjoy eating out, and have never left a bad review with anyone, even if the service wasn’t so good - we aren’t like that. But this experience was so terrible, I had to write something.
Called to order pickup and stayed on the line till it went dead not once but several times and STILL Cannot reach anyone on the phone… sad to say my hungry self ordered something else. Terrible customer experience on my end
3 out of 4 meals were good. The pasta on the fourth meal was cold. They seemed to be short staffed. Service was fairly slow.
We arrived around 615ish and was lucky enough to be seated. As we sat in the corner booth by the door we watched as people would come in, wait 20-30 minutes to be seated or even welcomed and it never happened. I literally watched over 10 people walk out due to no one even acknowledging them. I used to work at this store and know this is unacceptable. Never once did a manager nor a key even come greet ANY tables . Not everyone in town is out for happy hour. I do know if I was still there and this had happened whether I was head host, helping sever or being a key , my butt and my staff under me would be chewed out . Someone needs to be retrained on scheduling and if servers don't or won't show up then management needs to fill in . To watch over 10-15 people to walk out without even a "I'll be with you in a moment "was ridiculous!
The food wasn't that good and it made me sick as I've been in a long time. If you want a peaceful night's sleep do not eat here. I hate to leave a bad review but I would hate even more for someone to feel as sick as I am right now.
Food was average. We had a good waiter, but he kept getting bogged down in the kitchen. Even though there were less than 10 tables occupied, service was slow because the kitchen couldn't keep up.
Even though we live very close to Applebee's, we haven't eaten there in probably 6 years. The only reason we went this time is because someone gave us a gift card.
I've been to Applebee's 3 times in my life and don't think I will ever give them another chance. Our waitresses were almost definitely inebriated in some way. Ant baits were right next to our table, leaking onto the windowsill. Our food was cold (except for the salad???) by the time we got it, our silverware was dirty and our waitress yelled every word possible. This was awful. Do not come here.
I dine at Applebee’s all over the United States because they usually do a good job and the staff is very pleasant. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE HERE. My wife and I were seated by a “waitress” with an attitude at a dirty table. When I sat down, the boards under the “cushion” were very uncomfortable. So we got up to move and the “waitress” says “there’s no one over there”. I replied “I see, so we’ll just sit here” pointing to a booth 10 feet from the original. At this point the “waitress” says “that’s not my section, I’m not cleaning 2 sections” without an offer for another booth or anywhere else to sit. So, with that attitude, we left. The restaurant entry door is rotten and falling apart and upon entering, the smell was horrible. Should have been first indication of how it was going to. This “server” was not even halfway pleasant and the place needs a long overdue update. Good luck if you stop here
