Fantastic service! Restaurant was spotless. We were greeted by (Nick) who was so friendly and seated us right away. Drinks were COLD and delish. Service was great and food- yum! If you’re looking for “somewhere everyone can find something they like to eat” in Muscatine, this is it!:)
We had lunch there yesterday. The food and service were impeccable! Started off with the very crispy and delicious won ton chicken tacos…crispy and spicy chicken sandwich and French onion soup. All superb! Great and timely service everyone was extremely polite and prompt!
We went for dinner and it was a little busy but not crazy busy. Once we were sat our waitress finally came over but seemed like she wasn’t too happy to have a new table, considering she kept disappearing in the back somewhere. We got more service from the manager and the gentleman who might have been the food runner than our own server who only stopped by twice, and she got a couple of the items we ordered wrong, but we are very non confrontational so we just dealt with it. We were also charged for sauces that came with the chicken tender meal, but considering I couldn’t find my waitress enough to ask about it we just paid and left. As far as the food it was ok except we both got sick afterwards. I don’t think we’ll be back to this location at least.
Great service, food and staff! Greated by friendly host Payton, immediate attention for drink orders. Great service by wait staff and wonderful conversation with manager Lenny. Second trip to location in last month and we will definitely be back again for cold drinks and delicious food.
Had a great experience there food was hot, waiter was attentive, and the host was so incredibly nice he even picked up my child's crayons when she dropped them on the floor, everyone was really friendly I was working out of town and they made my lunch much less stressful!!!
3 for food because the last 4 times we went and got fries they taste old and stale. But the people this time was nice.
Food was delicious and service was amazing ????
I sat at the bar, where the bartender was obviously getting hit with a lot of orders because it was a Friday night, and the manager - instead of helping her - gets in her face and yells at her about how she shouldn't be a bartender and sends her out sobbing. Our bartender was doing fantastic in tending to our needs whereas he (the manager with blond hair) didn't check on us after sending her out.
I don't want to support an establishment where management can't communicate or treat their employees with respect.
