Had an amazing experience at Applebee’s! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a great night out. Huge shoutout to Elias, who took fantastic care of us – he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location!
Went to the Greenfield Applebees on a date. Dinner and drinks. We sat at the bar, Caroline was bartending, and she's amazing! She's fast, friendly, and she makes the best perfect margarita that I've ever had. I had 4cheese pasta with honey pepper chicken and a bread stick. It was great! My date had Bourbon chicken with shrimp, and a loaded baked potato-it was excellent! All around great evening at the Greenfield Applebee's!!
I do not typically leave a bad review for anyone, but this time was warranted. I even took pictures to leave a good review before the food was "eaten." The employees weren't rude or anything like that. However, the food was less than what I expected. I always get the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer. They are most of the time fabulous. The dip was barely warm, and the cheese was gross this time. I tried some of the "crispy cheese bites," but they were not crispy and barely even warm. I also ordered a whole Lotta bacon burger, and I ordered it without the nasty sauce they put on.. but that was on both buns. I did not eat my burger.. as I asked for no sauce.. I was ok with it being plain. Everyones fries were soggy and cold. My dog wouldn't even eat a fry and that made me laugh. I even ordered everything online, so there was no confusion or misunderstanding. The breadsticks tasted old and chewy. The alfedo sauce was really thick and barely warm...so, those didn't get eaten either. Normally, Applebee's is great, but this time, I was so disappointed and felt like I wasted a hundred dollars and even gave someone a tip for CURBSIDE TO GO!! My trip to my destination was a 4 minute car ride. That shouldn't have made my family's food as horrible as it was last night. I know Applebee's is better than that... what happened???
UPDATE: I was refunded for my entire meal. The person I spoke with called me directly, and apologized for the cold food. He was super nice and wasn't upset (to my face) about my poor review. He wanted to strive to do better.
Best food and service in town!! Talk about quick and friendly service….Pam rocks it out behind the bar, slinging those drinks with a genuine smile!
My server Kim at Applebees is amazing!! The food is so yummy and the atmosphere is great. Love the half price appetizers and drinks!! Definitely need to come here if ya haven’t yet! They have a great menu!
Dined in tonight and had Maddie C. as a server. She was amazing! Friendly and fast service! She made sure we had everything we needed and the food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Greenfield Applebee's definitely has it all together and we will be back frequently! Thanks for a great time!
We have started going on Thursdays for 1/2 price appetizers and Sangria. Kim is fabulous. She is our favourite!! Great "hometown" hangout.
Alejandro is always our guy! He’s the best bartender here for sure!!
I only wish there were tablets at the bar to play trivia!
