I’ll do you a favor and tell you now. Don’t do it. Go somewhere else if you have a group bigger than 3. Wasted 45 mins of our lives waiting on our food. No apologies, nothing. Zero stars if I could. Manager was rude, unprofessional, unapologetic. Won’t be returning. Chick-fil-a down the the road did not disappoint after waiting so long here.
We stopped in to sample the $1 zombie cocktails for Halloween, and they were fabulous!
After seeing an online review about the chicken sandwich being comparable to the competition, I decided to try it. But it was not worth the experience... instead of going through a smooth drive-thru, you gotta order through a website that's not very clear with instructions.
Then you have to park, there was no pickup zone as advertised, you gotta walk in, wait, and be taken "out back" where someone is gonna harass you to see your ID.
Laughable experience..
The dining was perfect they treated like any other person
Thanks Applebee's for supporting 4-H. Club did a breakfast fundraiser. Food was great, managers Tiffany and Lady and staff were so helpful. Overall great experience!
Adara J was an excellent waitress, David the Mgr came to our table to thank my husband for his service to our country and ask if everything was good as did our waitress. It is so appreciated what Applebees does for our Veterans and they do it with pleasure making the Veteran feel honored! Job well done!!! A bonus was the menu had excellyselections snd food was delicious
Our server was horrible. When asked if we wanted to order a drink I said give me just a sec to see the name of it he said no, I will come back. Then left to help other people, never asked me what I wanted. He should rethink his profession. He is not cut out for the job. Had he waited exactly 3 seconds I would have been able to tell him the name of the drink I wanted. The rest of the service that evening was equally bad. Dave was our server and didn't even handle the payment process correctly. We would come back as long as Dave isn't waiting on us.
The worst meal of my life riblets tasted like they had been warmed over way too much. Disgusting I told the waiter and he said sorry. I’m not one to demand a free meal but seriously he should have since I made my way thru 1 of them. I ate the fries only. Never to return so sad I used to love this place
