The server gave us our check before requested and didn't refill drinks once. Food was hot but average tasting. Not very many menu items.
See how they played me under the cheese was burnt chicken. The tortillas were hard and stale in both meals.
The link they provided to address it doesn't work.
Stopped in on a Saturday at 4:00 pm before going to the zoo. Veronica was our waitress.
Upon entering the place is tiddy and seating open.
We sat down and waited. Veronica got our drink orders quickly. The bar service moves slow.
For the record. Veronica did everything right. The support staff meaning Bar tenders, kitchen staff fail to support their servers and hang them out to dry. As it was literally an hour before we got food.
Caesar salads are quite small ! ! ! Chicken tenders were hot and crispy. Fries were above warm and salty and good.
Our drinks were alright. Weak for a blue lagoon. But tasty.
Overall. If you rate this honestly. The killer for three stars is the time you will spend here before you eat. It makes it not a destination you can come to if you have somewhere to be.
Server ++. Cleanliness. ++. Length of time waiting --.

I came to town to visit. I ordered from this Applebee's for delivery.
Everything was excellent. It was also made as I requested. All items were in the bag. Excellent presentation.
The food was amazing. The food was hot and fresh.
I definitely recommend it.
This location is absolute TRASH. I have gotten better service at the 8 mile location. We came in with a group of 11. One toddler and another being an infant in a car seat. No host, so I told the server all of this information. About 15 minutes later she has a table with EIGHT seats set up for us in the bar area. When she sits us, the bartender looked at her and said “I’m not taking them.” So the woman who sat us ended up being our server. No high chair or booster seat, and one person in our party stood the whole time. She said if we wanted something else we’d have to wait again. Plenty of open tables around us but apparently we weren’t allowed to push them together. We were just hungry so we stayed. Another 10 minutes goes by, she brings a couple waters. Another 5 minutes goes by, she brings a few more. Another 10 minutes goes by she brings straws and napkins. Tells us she’ll be right back to get our order. During this time, one person in our party tries to order drinks at the bar. The bartender, who wasn’t doing anything at all, says we can’t order from her because we have a tab open with the server. At this point, we hadn’t ordered anything yet, so we didn’t have a tab open yet. He tried to tell her this but she wouldn’t help us. I’m a bartender and when people come to my bar I serve them, regardless. Guess she didn’t want to make a quick couple dollars. Another 15 minutes goes by and she finally comes to take our order. By this time, tables who have been sat after us are now eating. I get that we’re a larger party but if you couldn’t handle it, you shouldn’t have taken it. I look over about 15 minutes after she had taken our order and see her at the computer for a while. I work in the industry, I see everything. She had just now put our orders in. It had been 45 minutes of sitting down before we got any food. Appetizers, salads, soup, nothing. By this point I just wanted to leave. I appreciate the server for taking a table out of her section and doing multiple jobs, but this was just ridiculous. There were at least 3 other servers on. Our server ran all of our food out by herself. No manager around whatsoever, no host, no busboys, the bartender clearly doesn’t want to be there. Corporate needs to step in and do a sweep.
I know restaurants are really struggling and I hate to leave a negative review but I would rather be honest than have people waste their time and money.
This place is severely understaffed. There were so many empty tables but still was a 20-25 minute wait.
Once finally seated the booth seats were cut up, food and trash all over the seat and floor. We asked to sit at a table. I had to clean the table myself. While there was a manager directly behind me she didn’t offer to have the table cleaned after she asked was everything ok. She did however have the staff clean the booth offered to us first.
Our server was likely over worked because he couldn’t remember to bring me silverware for my salad. There were a couple hiccups that I’m sure happened because he was waiting on many tables.
You take a chance going out these days and when you do, it can be costly.
We ordered strawberry mojitos, regular mojitos, Caesar salad and French onion soup. This is a pretty easy order. I’ve never had “light skinned” French onion soup. The salad had no taste either. Drinks were pretty good though.
I would only likely return to sit at the bar. Food, I’ll pass on that.
Overall, I would avoid this place if you’re trying to have a night out.
I was having a stressful day at work this particular day, so I wasn’t in the best mood. However the bartender Cre was great company. Her service was great, she was attentive and her conversation took me right out my mood. Overall I had a great experience I definitely will be back if she is working.
Very rude disrespectful and unprofessional waiters VERONICA M. Not only were we rushed to order, but when it came to pay we were two families so one of us took the bill to pay and make it easy for her and gave the one with the card. Cash was given to that person and money was set down as well for the tip that WAS going to be put on the card as well but this VERONICA M comes and take the 10 dollar bill right in front of us while the person paying was still filling out the receipt and reached over, 1 that 10 dollar bill was not the full tip, 2 we were all siting there still, 3 money was not in her reach nor were we going to leave cash but it was going to get put on the card but hey you were rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Little to no eye contact asked for a dressing and your took more than 3 times to ask for it and when she brought it to the table set it on the edge and as she puts it down is walking away, food was overcooked and we know that is not the waiters fault. Just over all the worst customer service. The whole money situation was mind blowing in my 30+ years NEVER has a waiter or waitress have taken any money off my table while one I was still siting there as rude as this person if you hate your job so much maybe go work were you don’t have to deal with customers. And yes I have been a waitress before for many years and I also had bad days and never did I let that make me become so unprofessional and rude.
