Very welcoming atmosphere. Very engaging staff and management. The service was impeccable. The food is fresh and delicious. From the appetizer to the dessert. Overall, this was one of the better meals I've had at Applebee's. I would definitely go back and eat here again. Oh, and the dessert is absolutely incredible. You gotta try it.
Chains are always difficult to review because the food is generally a known quantity - usually the same from branch to branch - so it is then usually down to factors such as cleanliness, wait time and service. My friends and I have been to this location several times and we've always been seated quickly, service has been friendly and efficient, the restaurant IS clean and the fare is best described as good comfort food. Where as I always think of Denny's as being a good and reliable breakfast diner, Applebees (to me) is a good evening diner. The current menu is a little unnecessarily complicated - too many cards handed to you - there is plenty to like and it's difficult to go wrong with one of their burgers, and most definitely their mozerellla sticks.
Service by our waitress Lorri Miller was excellent. Her customer service was fantastic. Our drinks were served very fast, and the food was excellent. Lorri Miller’s customer service has always been the best. We are always happy with her service.
Service was pretty slow. Ordered the 3-cheese chicken penne and it came pretty dry and missing the breadstick. I asked for more sauce…I was 1/2 finished with it when the waitress brought Alfredo instead of the 3 cheese sauce. It was decent enough so I just went with it. When the check came, she charged us for the sauce. ????????♂️I didn’t complain, paid for it and tipped a little extra anyway. Pretty lame, though. The other food was fine.
Came for veterans day and had a perfect lunch with an awsome server that made me feel like i was in the right place to be a veteran. Thank you! I hope i get her name right. SAMANTHA i believe. Thank you to the manager as well for the hospitality. Will be coming back soon!
Great family restaurant. Lots of options for kids meals. The bone in wings are delicious, as are the won ton tacos. I ordered the broccoli alfredo and my husband ordered the chicken and shrimp. Both were great! I ordered the perfect patron margarita and it was amazing. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Friendly workers and great food. Use to pay 2 for $20 then it went up to $25 and now I spent $35 for the same thing. That's $17 a person which is a lot :( . I only go there when I get a gift card. Still the best wings around!!
Ok here we go...So 5 of us came in and just wanted dessert and we got a drink as well. the person who sat us was decent. the table was dirty. so we order 3 drinks, soda and a water. the drinks sat at the bar longer than 6 mins, in fact I walked over to get them because they were just sitting on the bar and NO one was in sight. the head of the beer actually went away before we got the drinks. so we ordered and someone got a milkshake that didn't taste right and they said something to the waitress who rolled her eyes. the waitress never stopped over to see if we wanted a refill or another round of drinks. we overheard our waitress tell another customer "sorry for the delay but we are super busy" there was no more than 10 people here and they were all sitting at the bar. the end came and another employee stopped by to clean up. we got our checks and waited another 10 mins for her to comeback and collect them. we finally went to the bar and handed it to the bar tender. this was was the worst I've ever seen. if i could go lower than 1 star I totally would. Applebee's you need to do better....really. I think the last time this place was cleaned was the 80's. Likely to go back...NO.
