Hey, wow......nice meal we were hungry and facing a two hour drive to get home. There were four of us, all served at the same time, that was nice. Drinks never went empty. Super nice attentive waitress. I forgot to take pictures of our order but I like the the little drawing on the receipt. Just a final touch to a pleasent experience. My daughter couldn't eat all of her very large salad.
Be careful if you order through a delivery service. Even if they make errors your only option is to go to the restaurant and get the correct items or let them send you a coupon to your email. They do not take into consideration that you paid extra for the food and all of the delivery fees and tip. I wish I could attach pictures to show how raw this hamburger is. I did on the door dashed app.
I've had better service here when it's been packed than I had tonight!! It wasn't even a wait on the kitchen either! We sat for 15 minutes before I got up and kindly asked a waiter who would be serving us. He went back to the kitchen and our waitress emerged 5 minutes later. The bar tender seemed more interested in talking to the two men sitting at the bar than the customers paying for her service ????
Ordered doordash tonight and they chose not to include the bun on our double patty burger. whether they were out or were simply upset that the order was placed later in the night, nothing was done to contact us about this and instead we were left with a deconstructed burger in a to go box. complete negligence from the store and its employees and yet we were only partially refunded for the meal. nothing done on doordash’s behalf to make this a poor experience.
Hope is the Absolute BEST Waitress. We enjoyed Monday night hamburgers for a great price of $8.99 each that included a side. Hope was attentive to all of our needs. She made the night so much more nicer for us.
We just ordered carry-out here and decided to also have drinks and an appetizer while we waited. The drinks and appetizers were pretty good.... Our carry-out order however was messed up upon opening when we got back to the family's house. We ordered 3 entrees and extra sides. Once we got home we realized what we thought was a correct order of 3 dinner we realized the pasta w extra sauce did not have the correct extra sauce. The other entree was supposed to have shrimp and Parmesan sauce and did not have either, then the other one was a bowl with steak added and the steak was well done instead of medium rare. Pasta and dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans were all cold and green beans were hard so either under cooked or just not any good. Very disappointed. My mother just had a full shoulder surgery and all she has been craving was steak and shrimp from Applebee's. Needless to say even though we tried to make that happen for her her order as well as the pasta order was not made correctly and she couldn't eat her sides nor had even the other half of the protein in her entree. Very disappointed. Especially after spending over $100 on 3 dinners and stayed at location for almost 40 minutes waiting on the carryout order. Yes we had an appetizer and drinks while we waited but still took 40-45 minutes for our carry-out order to even be completed so to also be not correct is a complete disappointment.
Great food. Wonderful server. Had the chicken dinner 2 for $30. Artichoke appetizer and ended it with brownie dessert. Perfect meal. Only reason I didn't give all 5 was the restaurant could use a little TLC. Above our table was missing some ceiling tile and their was water damage elsewhere. Some updates would make this the perfect Applebee's.
Occasionally my wife and kids will go to this restaurant after church, usually around 11:50am, the last time it was just 4 of us, the restaurant was maybe about a quarter full, service took over an hour to get our food, and then we went today 12-8-24 around 11:50 today, it was not busy, got seated right away, it took about an hour for our food to arrive, the excuse was there were a bunch of large parties that came in ahead of us, I could only count 3 tables of 8 and we were a party of 7, and maybe 6 tables of 2 or 4 people, half of our party left at 1 because they had prior plans and didn’t think a barely quarter full restaurant would take over an hour to bring out food, I used to frequent this establishment often, and they used to be more busy and they were always quick with our food, it’s just not the case anymore, probably will do the same as others in our town and just stop going until they can get better service
