Food was very good. I wish the shark bowl had a little more flavor. But can’t complain with the 15.99$ all you can eat wings, shrimp and riblets. Great place to go with friends and good atmosphere.
I just wanted to let someone know that our server (Seth M) was incredible. It appeared that he had to take care of several areas at once and he handled it gracefully and with a smile. I personally would have been frazzled and stressed but Seth's pleasant demeanor never wavered. I hope he is recognized for the hard work that he does. In our opinion he deserves a raise or promotion or both! We will definitely return to this location and recommend to friends and family. (Also sent to Corporate ????)
Went out to eat with my family after shopping last night. Terrible experience. The guacamole on our nachos was sour, all our food came out at different times and the servers were terrible. After finally receiving our food no-one ever came over to check on us or ask if we needed boxes when we were finished. The rudeness we encountered was seriously ridiculous. We told the server we needed to talk to a manager and she snarled at us and just walked away. Do better applebees!!!
Server Lexi was very nice and personable. Food was standard for Applebee’s.
It’s Applebee’s Nothing Special About It. If I Wasn’t Treated Here For Lunch I Would’ve Never Came. I Will Say, Some Young Black Woman Who Was There That Day Working Every Part Of The Restaurant Deserves A Promotion. That Woman Was WORKING. Had To Tip Her Twice.
I went to get food to take to work on the 5th of December approximately around 9:15pm to take to work with me on my midnight shift but when I went to eat my food the bread sticks was hard as rocks and they had no garlic on them what so ever. I also had salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli they we're ok except the salmon was also hard. I called the store to speak to a manager and one guy reassured me that I would be helped but the a lady by the name of Leena got on the phone so I asked her beings tho they were about to close can they make my food right tomm cause I didn't want a refund she says to me they can't give me food the next day. I never heard that in my life since ordering from restaurants. Then she says if I want a refund it would take awhile. I'm pissed off and I will never go back to Concord Pike location and imma tell everyone I know about my situation.
Service:
First the waitress would talk us and before you could take a breath she'd rush off. So youre sitting there with more to say and she jets off. Mid sentence asking for a refill she jets off.... Smh My FIVE yr old was asking for a refill a few times. He even noticed something was off.
Food/Management
Ordered a steak medium. It came out rare. The tried to take my whole plate with other sides to fix it. I asked could I keep my plate and they bring the corrected steak on a separate plate. I've never been to anywhere that didn't do that.
Then after 12 mins of waiting for what I think is my food the manager comes over and says was there a problem I say yes. She says she has to first take the old steak back. I say I'd like to get my new one first (I hadn't eaten past cutting open the original steak). I say I'd like to finish my sides and wouldn't want my plate to go back. She says I'll put it on a separate plate and holds her HAND out. She didn't even bring a plate WITH her for this foolish made up "policy" (she said it was). So basically she wanted to take my plate I was eating off, take the steak off and then bring back my sides, make me wait for a new steak and THEN I could eat... Make it make sense. After some back and forth I tell them just to take the entire meal off. And then she takes my plate from in front of me.... I guess she really didn't want me to eat??? Very strange!!
Not only did she take my food from in front of me she tried to charge me for it. I refused to pay for food I was not able to enjoy.
Wont be back to this location. This was a frustrating experience.
Nice waitress, but definitely inexperienced. Waited an hour for our food. Orders were wrong, sent it back and still did not receive what I ordered. Ticket was not correct, and then waited for a manager to fix it ( twice) and after all this my husband asked for a takeout container twice, again we waited ( no container was given). We left everything on the table. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
