This was a Sunday dinner on a windy and rainy day! Yet, the restaurant was quite busy.
The service was very friendly and the food good and moderately priced. I had the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger and my friend had a. Hi Ken and shrimp combo entree. Both great choices! Here are some pics:)
It took ten minutes until we saw our server to order drinks. We ordered the whiskey sause burger, it came out with barely any sause and was well done when we asked for medium. The burger tasted like straight grease. We asked for more sauce and took an additional ten minutes. We didn't get a refill of drinks despite asking/putting our drink cups to the side. This is a reminder why we don't eat at chains anymore. Cut corners and lack service .
We enjoyed a "beer and burger" sort of late supper. We ordered as per the waiters recommendation - there was some sort of special. The food was good and the service exceptional. When we received the bill there were some errors which were quickly corrected. Very easy to recommend and would surely return when in the area.
Hard to tell from the picture, but the chicken tenders were underdone. They comp’ed us the meal; it would’ve been nicer for everyone in our group to eat, but the waitress never checked on us until it was time for the check. We spent 58 minutes for lunch due to the bad service. (The restaurant was not busy, just a waitress who didn’t care and was absent for large chunks of time.)
Terrible time. The only good thing was the music. The four cheese pasta/mac and cheese tasted watered down and bad. It looks good but it’s not worth the money. Burger and steak were eh. The riblets were overcooked.
The food was nice but lukewarm.
Didn't have clean cutlery, so we had to wait for that while our food was already there. Service felt a little rushed even though it wasn't that busy. The rushed service made for a little mess. They forgot our sauce, brought it out, but misplaced it, so it dropped. Didn't pay attention, so it just lay there while my mom had to pick it up.
We couldn't have received better service or food. Everyone was extremely nice. Our waitor was beyond nice to our family, and his service was amazing. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Thank you for a great experience
Would never come to this location again. The meal was just awful. If you want your stomach to hurt after you eat, this is the perfect place for you.
