Ryan really made me feel welcome and to change my one-star review to five ! We talked, he suggests menu items, was quite attentive and met all my needs! Definitely come in and see him! $6 stella talls, 7 merry berry coolatta, really big meal deal menu is to die for, hand breaded chicken sandwich the best I've ever had!
Great food. I’m not usually an Applebee’s or Fridays person but boy oh boy, the steak and potatoes I ordered was delicious and the broccoli was cooked to perfection. The bartender Ed was also extremely sweet.
We ordered to be picked up through their car to go. When I got there and clicked the link to notify them I was there it said order not found. But I was able to get it.
When I got home with it and opened everything I was very disappointed. We got the neighborhood burger which looked to be a double patty burger. As seen in the photo attached, we barely got a patty and a half of overcooked burger. And the Fiesta Lime chicken breast was burnt, dry and inedible. We could not even eat it and had to throw it out. Extremely disappointed with their quality control and standards for letting food go to the customer that was cooked like that.
Our server had a chat with a tabel behind us about how he had a "male guest" over at his house and his mom was okay with it and how he had come out and loved how he made him feel .. the bartender seemed to have her daughter ( maybe 9 ) at the bar and her boyfriend or husband . They were having a "very heated" conversation and got very loud for a few minutes . We had to ask for refills after our server seemed to want to fake care of the friends behind us instead of our tabel !
If it wasn't for the kitchen being on point there would have been no reason for a visit
Our server, Ryan was absolutely incredible. My companion and I ordered the exact same thing and he repeated the order in full to me, just to double check I wanted it cooked the same way, as well as the substitutions. He was attentive and made sure we were okay several times throughout the meal.
The only reason for it not being 5 stars was the hostess. She literally said one word to us. “Two?” Then walked towards the table, touched it, turned around and walked away. It was so bizarre. Thankfully, Ryan turned it around!
Seeing a staff fighting each other about providing quality customer service and not being team players. My example is the bartender was dealing with 3 tables and 4 at the bar and something serving from the back refused to assist by changing the tap on the Bud Light. One waitress keep saying it was the manager's responsibility not hers. the other was unable to clean her dirty tables and was fixed on her current tables. If this is a reflection of what the corporation provides for its staff. I don't see them lasting much longer. Better culture is needed.

nice. Some of the silverware was dirty, table was sticky, and honestly the restaurant itself wasn't super tidy. The food was mediocre/not that great. The chicken wonton tacos had a weird taste and I usually love them. Probably won't be back to this location.
Food is not worth the price. $14.29
Oriental grilled chicken salad had maybe 3 oriental noodles and few almond slices with wilted lettuce and black grilled chicken hard to chew. No bread stick.
Classic burgers over cooked and dry.
