Came in Saturday night 12/21 for dinner. Had a wonderful time. All of the staff was courteous and welcoming. The one thing I would like to draw attention to was our host. She greeted us immediately and wasted no time showing us to our table with a smile. Very good demeanor and fast service. I've been in the food industry for years, and I was very impressed with her speed and attitude. 5 stars to your host. It was a very good experience all together and that starts when you walk in the door. Bravo!
Had to wait to get a seat, not due to being busy, no one to seat us. We finally sat in the bar area. Bartender was our waitress. She was very nice, did her best to take care of us, and handled the other customers at the bar. We had to go to her and ask for water and a refill. Hot chocolate was really good.
Food wasn't that good. Ordered the 8oz steak med rare, and it came out pretty much close to well-done, so I wouldn't recommend you get the steak unless they get a new cook or have them get some more training. The French onion soup was salty.
Had a great lunch with my mom and granddaughter. Fantastic service and the food was delicious!
What an absolute disaster ordered a salad, app of boneless wings and spinach dip. Boneless wings were truly just breading pieces probably the bottom of the bag. Caesar salad all the lettuce was browned and obviously not very fresh. Spinach dip was redeeming. Service was slow. We waiting 30 minutes after our food was brought to us before anyone came to check on us. I don’t expect 5 star service, but I at least ask to be checked on in a reasonable manner.
If I could no start here I would definitely have to. I brought my family here and it was an absolute disaster. It was an all around really bad experience. I ordered an app for my family while we waited for our food and the bartender brought me my check before we even received our entrees and said have a good night! I told we haven't even got our food yet! She tried to apologize no one refilled out drinks and the food was cold the bar tender was our waiter and she had no interest in serving us or tending to my family . I'm out right disgusted all around with the service and food. This location should be shut down. And to the manager I will pray for you because only God can help you at this point. Disgusting!!!apple bees should be ashamed.
the service was terrible, one of the employees cussed in front of my kids and it was a bad influence and they didn’t even tell us a wait time or anything. so honestly a horrible service overall because she didn’t even help us but ignore and all the rest of the employees were in the back smoking when i pulled up to the function. i didn’t even get my food.
Food isn't too bad, the shrimp & chicken dish is a bit oily as it has a lot of butter, so I ended up drinking a lot of water while eating it.
Servers are friendly. Love the location as well as it's close to a lot of major stores like Walmart, Costco etc.
Great food and atmosphere! The beer and food was ordered at the same time yet barely arrived before the food - fast food service! Slow beer - we were waiting for our beer and finally the take out gal wearing the purple hoodie brought it to us but didn't make eye contact, say anything or ask who's beer is who's. Kinda trying to screw over our waitress tip but our waitress was awesome. November 22 @ 730
