Came in for lunch.
Just opened.
It was slow. People were asking the server how long they had to wait.
We had a lot of time, so it didn't matter to us.
Messed up our order, though, so there was wasted food.
The meal was fantabulous and good!
If you've got time, it's a great place to eat.

I haven't been to Applebee's in about 15 years. I think I associated this place to a time when I didn't have much money. My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised that the food was crazy good. The drinks were large and the desserts were tasty. The garlic green beans were delicious! Ordered an extra side of them to go.
We went late on a Tuesday night so service wasn't an issue.
Food mundane, server was personable. Kitchen was very slow. Waited a long time for our food. Especially since they were not busy at all.
The restaurant was not very busy but they were severely understaffed because we waited 15 mins for our drinks and 45 mins for our food. (The family next to us left due to waiting an hour & not getting thier food yet). Also, the bar drink I ordered did not taste like any alcohol was used & I said something to the waitress. She came back & said they did put the alcohol in the drink. I ordered a shot to add to the drink & the price of the shot was more than the drink itself!! The only positive thing is the food we ordered was decent.
I ordered a prime rib dipper for DoorDash to deliver with a raspberry iced tea and a ranch dressing on the side. The bill came to $32 with a five dollar tip because I believe in taking care of good service.
The order was delivered. Five minutes later than suggested, the driver handed me a bag and ran off because he did not understand English. Once I was inside my hotel room, I learned there was no beverage and no ranch dressing. I took the cover off the Ajou sauce, and it was so ice cold that the Beef fat that was in the sauce coagulated onto the bottom of the top cover. There’s no way this was warm when the DoorDash driver picked it up. Gross. I ordered french fries too, and there was no ketchup packets in the bag.
I reached out to the DoorDash driver, but no response.How can a customer get a refund For undelivered items, to reduce the tip that was generously given and abused. And maybe even an apology for such poor food, quality and service that’s an extension of Applebee’s representation.
This is the worst applebees location. I go in and I’ve gotten to-go a couple times. Everyone is always rude for no reason. I’m currently sat waiting for my to go order ($52) and it was supposed to be out 20 minutes ago. I checked I’m here and also shared location for “speedy pickup” and I’ve still been waiting for half an hour.
Waiter was lazy and racist. I ask for cheese and my friend ask for bacon. The food had already came to are table and it took 20min to bring those items. Table behind us ask for boxes she brings within 2seconds. Ask for manager and still haven't got the things we ask for smh. Now that we complain you want to bring what we ask for I'm finish with my food now. By the way she only had 2 other tables the place was empty!!
Ordered a mushroom and Swiss, no pink in the middle... Not the first time this has happened. Service was great, manager tried making it right. My problem is that they consistently do no prepare food correctly...
