Wife and I came in late. Sever Jackson was an absolute pleasure and was great. Listened to all our questions and was pleasant the whole meal. Will definitely return and will ask for his section. Food was good. Everything was as we ordered it.
$16 mandatory for the worst service in the world with terrible food without napkins after waiting ½ hour, better go to Olive Garden there if they know how to treat customers.
About 6 months ago I came here with 2 kids. Walked into the lobby. Waited. Waited. 4 employees were all standing talking at the end of the bar and looked at us but never made any effort to come seat us. We left
Tonight, my kids asked to go to Applebee's instead of Mexican when we were trying to find apemthing quick and close. We walked in. We stood waiting for 4 minutes. There were 5 employees that I saw walking around, maybe 10 tables sat and people at the bar... no one would make eye contact. No one said they'd be right with us. No one greeted us. We left again.
I dont know what's up with this location- 4 years ago I came in and had good service. I wont try again.
Overall, Applebee's is far from a culinary catastrophe. I felt compelled to share my experience, particularly thanks to their enticing $1 Margaritas (dubbed the Dollar Zombie). Now, let me paint you a picture: I found myself pulled over by the local authorities after indulging in a few too many of these supposedly dangerously concoctions.
After a thorough breathalyzer test, it turns out I was only at a charming .038—a level that had me questioning my drinking choices rather than my driving skills. Picture me, having downed eight glasses of what I thought was liquid mischief, only to realize I was at greater risk of Type 2 diabetes than a DUI.
The food was all just okay at best. Had to send the soup back because it was cold with a hard chunk of cheese on top. Then all the food came out luke warm at best with many things being stale and hard. For the price you are better off going somewhere else. No longer a decent price spent well over $100 for 5 people won’t be back.
I'm a delivery driver and it's impossible to get assistance from the staff. I have stood for 7 minutes while the same 2 servers walk past me many times. I don't understand why it is difficult to smile at me to at least acknowledge my existence. Also as a driver I'm representing the customer. No different than if the customer was standing here as they paid for their food also so why should they be held up since the staff cannot even acknowledge me. This happens every single time I come here and I'm thinking about not accepting orders from this restaurant any more. I would give zero stars if possible. Terrible terrible staff.
After having submitted my review I have been in the restaurant twice to pick up orders and I was helped immediately so there has been a significant change with the staff and that makes me extremely happy. Congratulations to the management for making sure that this is changing.
Went in at a slow time. Seated right away but took a little bit for the food to come out. My friend and I were pressed for time and we mentioned that to the waitress she made sure we got everything we needed to get out of there quickly. Food was amazing. Will go back
UPDATE!!! Still no response 4 days later after the franchisee was supposed to contact me!
Food was ordered online for car side pickup. We were told everything was there and the bags were tied. We got home and we were missing the kids meal. I have tried to contact customer service for almost 2 weeks now with absolutely no response back. I do not like to pay for things I do not receive. I do not recommend to come here unless you check absolutely everything in your order. Very dissatisfied with customer service especially!
