Location in Palm Springs is fantastic!
Line&Cheese grilled chicken with little tortilla chips under, w/rice and pico on the side for 2 people 26$.With two side salads. Carmen is nice efficient waitress.
Host seated us very professional. 9pmto close, Happy hour prices great for drinks and appetizers great value.
i absolutely love this location my wife and I have date night here at least 3 times a month. the staff are always friendly the food is always hot ???? perfect every time i think Applebee's is under rated as a restaurant. i give it 5 out of 5 ????
My appetizer arrived after both of the entrees we ordered. The artichoke dip was good but extremely steamy hot. It burned the inside of my mouth causing instant inflammation and bubbled tissue swelling. I think they left my dip in the oven too long. Please be careful future guest before you take your first dip.
I've always loved the menu here , the food is always solid but this time my steak was cooked to perfection ????
The bacardi buckets were really good, the perfect margarita was great as usual but it only poured 2 drinks to the usual 3..
Either way it always makes for a good family night out
I will start off with the positive, and that is the atmosphere. The service was subpar. I got the sense that the employees didn't want to be there. The buffalo wings had a lot of flavor but came out at room temperature. The chicken Alfredo was extremely dry as was the ribs. We will be back, but only when bottomless wings come back.
Arrived at 4pm. The place was almost empty. Host says there is a waiting list! Says we can't even sit at a table since they are short staffed. Walked right out.
Needless to say, I will never return. This place doesn't even meet the minimal standards of restaurant existence. It is a mystery to me why they are still in business
Come for the atmosphere, stay for the food... NOT!
First off, I got seated near a really loud family with uncontrollable kids..
I ordered the chicken tenders platter (comes with fries), despite what the picture on the menu looked like (I was being hopeful). I was even more disappointed when the actual plate arrived. The fries were ok, but the chicken was way ever breaded and even more over cooked (just shy of burnt). I scrapped off most of what I could to eat the chicken but felt it was a lost cause. I got about 50 percent of the chicken out.. This also came with coleslaw; that was a little wilted.
The service was great, despite everything else.
If you like screaming kids and loud families and mediocre food, this is the place for you.
Went to dine last night with my family and the service was HORRIBLE!!!! Got seated by the hostess who just seemed out of it and couldn’t even answer like a regular person. I had to ask for someone to get my drink order after waiting more than 10 mins, and they didn’t even get that right. My waiter who was a male, only came twice to leave the food and place the check but never came to see if we needed anything else. When I called for the waiter he ignored me and the manager noticed and she came to my table and out of the whole experience she was the only one who did care about her hospitality, and came back quick with our refills and no ice like we had asked. When the bill came it was around 70 something and the male waiter comes back with two tens assuming I would tip him a 10 at least, I even felt bad because I always tip and I tip well when I get good service even more, but the audacity of the people working there was beyond crazy disrespectful. I would recommend cooking at home or going anywhere else than this place, not worth it anymore.
