Staff is always friendly & kind, location is great, and the place is clean. However, I wanna say that the food is usually really well made, but I got this chicken & bacon with cheese fries, and it looked sorta just tossed in the microwave. It's rare, all restaurants do this, but for some reason the fries in my most recent trip looked so painfully un-loved. However, every other time I've gone, the food looked & tasted great, so I don't wanna be negative off a one time thing. I just thought I should least mention it. Give them a visit, the $15 all you can eat deal they occasionally do is well worth every penny as well.
The food is absolutely what you'd expect, mid tier microwave dishes. It's not all bad, I had the sampler appitizer which was good, dip was watered down tho but wings, motzerella sticks, and casedea were ok. I also had the all you can wat wings, riblets and shrimp. They uh were...terrible. probably the worst I have had in my life. The riblets were overdone, dry, and seasoned on one side. The boneless wings were as bbq generic as possible and not bad but not great. The shrimp again was ok at best. But for 15.99 you'd think it'd be better than average at best and terrible at worst. The kitchen was very slow, 20 to 30 min for a plate of 6 wings. I overheard the waitresses complaining abput the kitchen staff and other staff as well. All together my meal was $85 for appitizer, three main meals, and two drinks. Honestly, typical Applebees experience. Please do not ask me to reach out or talk to you Applebees corporate, you know your place is mid at best let's just leave it at that.
We went to this Applebee's to try for the first time. I came for the 50 cent boneless wings, and the fiancé came for the chicken tenders. We sat down, and we're immediately greeted with, "This is my first day out of training, so I don't know much." We got our drinks, and we were handed the boneless wing menu, and I was excited. They looked super delicious. She came back to take our order, and I went first to ask for boneless wings and French onion soup. She goes, "Um, we're out of all of our boneless wings." I said, "What? are the bone-in wings the same price, or?" she said, "Nope." So I requested more time because that's all I came for. Eventually, we got our second choice of food, and it was okay. I ended up getting the sirloin with potatoes and broccoli. The mashed potatoes were hard but tasted good. The fiancé said the chicken tenders were also hard but pretty good.
Great restaurant with great food. Service for such a busy day was outstanding. Food was served hot and delicious. Wait staff was took perfect care.

Update went back last night. Food was cold. A sizzling chicken was okay but my mashed potatoes were completely cold inside and my lady got a baked potato it was still hard and it was cold inside totally unacceptable. They did replace it with hot food her potatoes was still hard and by then or 5-year-old was done eating and just being a board kiddo.
We are here around 1:30 on Saturday the 14th. It was busy. Our food took awhile to come out and when it finally did my sides were cold, not lukewarm... cold. I asked for my steak cooked medium... it was well done and barely warm. I'm wary of sending food back to the kitchen so I just took my sides home so I could heat them up and eat them hot. It's not my first cold meal from this location. I'm not sure why it's so hard to serve food hot at this place. And our server, Jake, seemed distracted and most of his attention seemed to be directed to a table in the bar area. He would come to our table and leave so fast it was hard to ask him for something we needed. Overall... the experience was bad. Ŵe won't go back
The wait for drinks was ridiculous at 20 minutes long and then the drinks were wrong. Went with friends for a 50th birthday and arrived at 9p. Drinks ordered at 9:05 and served at 9:25p and they were wrong. The waitress was friendly, polite, helpful and quick as she could be. The problem lies with the slow and rude bartender who spent 20 minutes washing glasses instead of making drinks. We had fun despite the wait and the appetizers were delicious!
Apple Bees has become a bit of a regular stop for us lately.
The latest visit wasn't as good as usual. Cole slaw had no flavor, ribs were dry, and fries were over seasoned. The prior time I was there, the burger suffered from similar issues.
Customer service is always great. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful
Restaurants are always clean, never overly crowded, or less dinner nights on busy days. Last time was a little cold, we took sweaters.
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? so very bad even for an applebees. Burned flyer oil, rubbery overcooked chicken, watery Alfredo, stale cold breadstick and microwaved pasta. Others in our party had the same experience with different menu items.
