The food tasted as if it had been microwaved. The only thing that was somewhat decent were the mozzarella sticks. The pasta was watered down, with a completely broken sauce, and the bread was tough to chew. The chicken tenders were burnt, and the honey mustard sauce tasted sour. I do not recommend this location.
I don't go to Applebee's much, but overall i was satisfied. I wish I could remember my server's name because she did an excellent job. She was very friendly and attentive. She had some cool moose pens. Food was excellent. My only complaint is the beer prices are pretty high. I've gotten more beer and paid half as much at other places.
service was wonderful and there are so many awesome deals on drinks and appetizers but to be totally honest the main entrees were kinda terrible. definitely worth coming for drinks and appetizers though!!
Stopped by right after 11:00 today. Hostess Sat us right away we sat there for 15 minutes no one came to our table. There was only 1 other table in use while we were there. The bartender seen us the manager seen us and did not greet us. I was a server for over 33 years with Bob Evans let me tell you if I did that I wouldn't have a job. We ended up at I-Hop great service and great food.
Honestly it’s unbelievable how no one can seem to read anymore. Like, are they hiring kindergartners??? Last time we sat down hoping for better service to which we only saw our waiter when our food and bill came, but you could see all the waitresses/waiters sitting at a high-top bs-ing and goofing around. Ordered curbside to which I saw them see me pull up and yet no one could bother opening the door to hand me my order(even stated I was there through their app, which they obviously don’t look at) and an older gentleman pulled up behind me and was not waiting walked right in their side door cause clearly no one there is bothered to give us our food. The sloppiest burger I’ve ever experienced more like a pile of mess, just mess. Requested med-rare steak and got well done, I’m not sorry but I don’t want to chew on a steak that’s as tuff as a tire. No onion but got extra onion (I always double check before checkout) and honestly it’s all of Woodhaven getting like this. I think y’all should quit job hopping around all of Woodhaven cause you suck at every location. Maybe learn the job you got cause you all suck. For real, like I give you guys way more chances then my man and you keep proving me wrong. You guys suck. All of you. Like how can you guys expect tips when I can’t get a refill on my drink when I sit down to eat or when I pull up to get my food and I’m sitting waiting for my food for 10-15 mins buts already to go? Like genuinely why do you guys expect tips?
Got take out of two orders of fish and chips. It was Amazingly Delicious. Ate There before. Very Bright and Pleasant atmosphere. Staff is Extremely Pleasant and professional. Love it. I hope that this helps.
