Went to Applebees after church.
Food was flavorful, but the chicken tortilla soup, it was good but overpriced for the small portion.
5.99 for a small portion.
My wife like the fish and the burger was tasty but again overpriced in my opinion.
Salt and pepper shakers were almost empty.
Restaurant was clean.
The Fiesta Lime Chicken at Applebee’s is truly something special! The chicken is perfectly grilled, tender, and topped with a flavorful lime sauce that gives it the perfect zing, complemented by the rich cheese and crunchy tortilla strips. Every bite bursts with a mix of smoky, tangy flavors that makes it a must-try dish.
And a big shoutout to the Applebee’s staff—they always go above and beyond to make sure the experience is fantastic. From their warm welcomes to the attentive service, they make every visit enjoyable and seamless. Thanks to the team for always making it feel like a treat!
Five star rating based on follow up contact with the manager, Heather regarding a previous not so pleasant dining experience. Heather's support and ability to resolve was awesome !!! Sarah was also a great server despite the food served. Will return in the future with the guest gift certificate and offer for a meal by Heather to retain a customer. Overall restaurant atmosphere was good also.
Zach & Destiny H. are both absolutely phenomena! service staff! I would give them both more than a 5 star review if I could. Wanted to make sure they both got recognized for going above & beyond always. :) :)
Wish they’d open a new location in Taylor cause this one has gone downhill. Placed a curb side order. Pick up time was 6:09. Got there at 6:07. Didn’t get the food until 6:35. I had to call and ask what was going on just to be told they were “bagging it up” but still waited another 10mins for them to actually bring it out. Food was cold. Condiments were missing & portion sizes are just not worth the price. Wish I would’ve kept my tip cause it wasn’t worth tipping. Super disappointed.
Big chain restaurants need to scale back their prices if we are going to CONTINUOUSLY get scaled back serving sizes. I hate bad review after bad review.

Zach is the best!! Always goes above and beyond every time my boyfriend and I come in!! It got to the point that we started asking for him. He is so attentive, funny and sweet! Food is always great as well!!
My average dining at ABs has always been before 3pm on the weekdays and I always sit and order at the bar. The bar tender, Mindy, is excellent with her “bar tender” skills, which is rare these days if you remember how bartenders used to be before the 2000s. She successfully balances orders and casual conversation in a way that feels inviting and leaves the customer wanting to either order a second appetizer or another drink just to enjoy the environment and friendly staff. My food has always been prepared properly and within a reasonable time but, again, you wouldn’t know that because the environment with Mindy and her coworkers has you settling in without checking your watch from frustration or hunger. All in all the best ABs service I have experienced in 4 states over 20 years.
