Just a little note, A/C can sometimes be cranked up. Hard to enjoy your meal when it's that cold indoors.
Enjoyed the food, the service was great and it was a nice place to relax and catch up with old friends during a nice long lunch. Nice bourbon bacon burger and fries. Easy walk to public transportation and multiple shopping opportunities nearby. Accessible parking right in front of the door but a slight slope to the pavement. Comfortable booths and bar.

I live in basement apartment rear of house!
I have stage 4 cancer so I often order out.
Then the food was awful… ordered hamburger pinK….WAS NOT
ordered extra pico d gio….ALMOST NONE !
Was dry meat and oily from cheap melted cheese!
And the brownie dessert was puny and hard as a rock!!
I will not be ordering for delivery ever again!!!

First time I ordered they forgot my appetizer. I called to see if I could get my appetizer and was told I can go pick it up the next time I order something so a week later I ordered from this Applebee’s again and I ordered a soup because I was sick and my family ordered their meals, well this time they forgot my soup. I tried to call back twice first time I was told to hold on and waited and then the phone hung up second time I called and was told there were no managers that could speak to me because they were on the phone with other customers and so I asked if I could wait for them to get off the phone and I was told no to call back later in the night…and not to mention the first time I ordered steak and couldn’t even eat it because it was rare…..its just more of an inconvenience to me to deal with this place. Will probably be taking my business else where
Had a great dining experience as always!! Sat at the bar and had Kelsie as our server. She is very personable and efficient!!!! We always request her for our server if she’s working and available!! She treats us like family…
Regularly come to sit at the bar at the Woonsocket location. The food is decent but the service is always stellar. Shout out to KELSIE, the bartender. She is amazing with her guests and has a very large following of regulars that i see in here often. She is the reason the bar is busy and is always a pleasure to visit. I'd highly suggest you stop in and ask if she's working.
My waitress was amazing, Kelsie noticed that my boneless wings weren’t tossed after they got brought out, which was something I wasn’t really happy about but also wasn’t going to say anything about it cause at least they came out with sauce on the side but she insisted they get tossed and brought them back for me. She was very attentive the entire time but that was just one example. Thanks Kelsie!
Horrible!! They always forget something in my order and when you call to speak to the manager all they say is you can come back and get what's missing, I wouldn't have to come back if your employees did their job right!! I understand mistakes happen but not every time that's just being careless. My mother and I went in tonight for dinner and instead of getting our food after waiting over 25 minutes the waitress asked if we were ready for our bill when all we had was our drinks no lie I can't make this up, she clearly forgot our food in the kitchen and did not think it was a big deal, horrible customer service I'm done with this location for good!!
