Nice place, very nice food (abundant and delicious), nice staffs. However, you must be ready to wait to eat here: wait for seats (even when many seats available), wait to order, wait for food, wait for the bill, wait for them to take the credit card, wait to have the credit card back... I can said that the waits were exhausting, so I came here only when I was invited. When I can make a choice, I would rather go somewhere else.
Also, they brought extra food by mistake, they promised not to charge, but they charged.
This was the worst service ever. We waited over an hour to get our order. A half hour later I got my drink while my sister and my grandson never got one. After an 1 1/2 hours we walked out. We also never got our appetizer. I will never return to that location. The waitress def did not know what she was doing! Everyone else coming in started walking out as well. How do you run out of cups and silverware????
Came here with my date this passed Thursday evening. It was surprisingly quiet on a Thursday evening. David was our server and he provided great service. We started out with the plain boneless wings with a side of honey mustard and garlic parm sauces. They were cooked perfectly. My date ordered the fish and chips meal with coleslaw. He said the coleslaw was some of the best he's had from a restaurant in a long time. The battered fish was fresh and flavorful. I ordered what I believe was the whole Lotta bacon burger with waffle fries and I ordered some of the cheese that usually comes with the pretzel sticks. Ohmagoodness the combo of the waffle fries and cheese was phenomenal however the upcharge for the cheese was quite pricey. The burger was good too but the fries and cheese sauce was the best part of my meal. I have had several good experiences at this location and definitely recommend
This is being generous based on most recent visit. The staff were very friendly, however the service was extremely slow. There were lots of people complaining at nearby tables, I believe they were just severely understaffed. The food was just ok and we never got an appetizer we ordered, but we also never got charged for it either.
Just finished another delicious meal. We got seated right away, wasnt busy. Seemed like it took a while for our food and for the Waitress to return. Not complaining at all seeing as the kids with us were behaving themselves.
It has been a while (decades?) since I have been to an Applebee's. I was very pleasantly surprised by this visit. Service was stellar, food outstanding, and the restaurant clean and bright. I was a little surprised by the small number of diners at the noon hour, but I am not complaining.
Mediocre food. The server was great, but food took a very long time. I won't be dining here again. Applebee's used to be one of my absolute favorites, but ever since IHOP bought them out about 15 years ago, they have gone way downhill.
This location is harder to find then some of the other Applebee’s location are it is sandwiched in the back of the Avon Commons between Home Depot and Kohl’s department store. When you arrive there is plenty of room for parking. This location is handicap accessible. You are great but there friendly staff who will then start whatever great meal or meals you decide to order. Great place to relax and enjoy your self.
