Ordered via doordash, I'm not sure if they just forgot how to fry fish, but the batter was over and undercooked, browned and crispy on the outside yet mushy and yellow on the inside, the fish itself way way overcooked, dry, and hard, with some parts not eatable at all. Also, the tarter sauce smelled and looked spoiled. Restaurants are really going downhill these days, but wanna raise prices, wages, tips. SMH
Not a fan of frozen cooked medium rare steaks, do better? Thaw them out properly or actually have fresh beef to cook with. Make sure the cooks are actually cooking fresh and not from a box, the potatoes were terrible. Just do better in general all around, would make this place actually be a staple again. If you look at the other reviews closely you can tell that they are fake reviews and or people who work there. This is an honest review and this place is terrible for the price. Don’t short yourself on a good quality meal at the cost of your dollar, make them be a better option for a meal and make honest reviews and recommendations. Corporate needs to stop sucking the life out of these places so they can provide a better experience and quality of food.
It's been a year since I've been to Applebee's here in El Paso. The steaks were better than the steak i had last week at Roadhouse. I ordered the 12 oz steak cooked medium rare, mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My daughter had the bourbon chicken and shrimp and she enjoyed it. Our waiter Alan was very courteous and professional. It felt great to order a Cuervo Margarita and be served a enjoyable one. Music was perfect. Thank you for a great dining experience.
I love Applebee's. Great food. Considering our current high-inflation economy w runaway spending (at the expense of hardworking, law-abiding, taxpaying American citizens of course), the prices are comparable.
However, yesterday was Veteran's Day & as always, as an old Marine Veteran, I was there to get my usually steak dinner w mashed potatoes & broccoli. And as always, outstanding. My med-rare was in fact, med-rare. I've never been disappointed at any Applebee's.
The staff are also great. Always.
I forget until I am actually sat in this establishment why I don't frequent it. The waitress took 15 minutes to address the table and another 20 before we received our drinks. The appetizer was good, double crunch wings. The entrees were nachos, 1/2 rack baby backs with house salad and third entree steak, shrimp mashed potatoes and broccoli. The ribs were served cold, very disappointing. The steak was well cooked the shrimp over cooked. The nachos were good.
Went to enjoy a few drinks with my brother at this location before I go out of town for the holidays
I only had one drink and a shot and the General Manager Aaron Agins felt like that was to much or maybe it’s because my brother has tattoos everywhere we personally felt attacked we’ve came several times and never had that happened
After expressing how we felt he had no remorse and was happy to give us his business card for this review.

Just had all you can eat ribs they were awful and gross & cold not recommended. Don't think my dogs would eat it. Not coming back to the Joe Battle .
It has been awhile since I’ve been to Applebees but throughout the years the quality of food has significantly declined. I was super unsatisfied with the food I received for the price that I paid, I feel like I could have gotten better food for a much cheaper price at a fast food chain restaurant. Additionally, while half of our party got our food, I was left waiting for an additional 20 minutes for mine.
The atmosphere wasn’t bad, I liked that it wasn’t too busy and we got seated right away. And we had the best server ever, he was super funny and checked up on us all the time and was super attentive to our needs, shout out to “Just Jon” he was the best employee there!
